Did he ride home okay?
No idea. If bikke sees this he can tell us.
Ade
Good job he’d all the right gear on, could have had some nasty injuries there 😂😂
Ha yeah. Might have scratched his thumbnail :)
Ade
You laugh, I broke my ankle (in boots) in a similar situation at similar speed.
waynee52 still laughing..shame we don’t have a video of you doing that 😂😂
@@mbal4052 I'd love to watch it as well 😂 though, it was far less comical as the bike was far less impressive!
waynee52 we’ve all had our daft falls..i once fell right got over at traffic lights. Tried to put my foot down and my lace got caught around he gear lever and down I went..long time ago 😂
1:24 hello rob 😂😂
Ah, you spotted somebody you know?
Ade
Which Bike yes lol dude helping pick the bike up ! How random
@@BoSSLeVeLs He must have watched it in slow motion and not believed his eyes. :)
Ade
There’s a little hole in the road his front wheel hit
Yeah, difficult to spot the first time!
I bet if he built it he wouldn't drop it
Ha, maybe. He needs to back and build in that pothole! :)
Ade
Much more rare than any Ferrari or Lamborghini
True - Bikke, co-presenter on the Good, the Mad & the Bubbly Motorcycle show was actually there and filming this when it happened! It is rare enough to see the bike outside of a show but to then see it fall over! Wow. Makes me wince each time. Poor bloke.
Ade
My guess is did he stall it pulling away on low revs and because his feet were on the pegs just fell over effectively??
Great name!
The revs sound okay - ordinarily - but he hit a slight pothole and looks to have been slightly distracted by the people in front and went down as a result. He is okay, bike is okay and excellent fodder for us to shake our heads at.
Ade
He is ok? It was literally 2 mph.
@@garymitchell5899 Yeah. Just red in the face. We have all dropped bikes. I have done it twice. Once at a traffic light. It was an Africa Twin and I couldn't get it back up :) The other was outside my mate's house as the camber was bad by his kerb and the bike fell over. He and he wife were pissing themselves with laughter. ha.
Ade
It was all so comical like he did it on purpose. it was avery graceful fall! :)
Yeah, I know what you mean. It was beautifully done.
Gotta love that flag on the back. A really cool touch and helps define the bike. had the carbon one go it?
Yes, it has. I saw both bikes side by side at the MCN Show. The other being the Carbon version (RR)
I used to work on which bike magazine
Ah, I didnt realise there even was one! IS it still going? Nothing to do with this channel.
Ade
Which Bike ....it continued to be published off and on for a while then sorta vanished. we had fun doing it.
@@allansayers7842 Ah, I'll see if I can find out more about it. What did you used to do?
If you were a writer , you could help out with articles on the main site! :)
Ade
Hey, he wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing and violated the one rule that must never be overlooked.... know the surface you are riding on.... then the transitioning from pavement to small loose gravel, and going over a small though abrupt hole, and in turn not looking where you are going !
Yeah, he perhaps was a bit nonchalant and we can never take anything for granted on bikes.
Ade
Shame falling off a bike thats so rare and not made any more. If he gets intouch with Stuart, they will take the bits of other customers bikes to fix it....
In this case no real damage was done but the insurance on these things will become mad as they will be very hard to repair easily. Still, superb machines. Not sure I would brave enough to own one now.
Ade
Ahhh that hurts to see! I was even better and dropped my bike as I want to put it on the side stand. It was not fully opened... ;-)
:) Classic. I have come close to that.
Mine are still worse. I keep falling off at speed and braking bones! :(
Ade
Looks like they tried to take their foot of the peg but couldn’t for a split second, still embarrassing like!
Yep, whatever the cause, it is bloody embarrassing and I really feel for him. Such an E P I C bike. It's like leaving the Ferrari dealership in your new Ferrari and going straight into a bus :)
Ade
how embarrassing!!! there's not even a reason to put your right foot up going at such a slow speed and then yielding another couple feet from there.
Yeah, it doesn't look good does it. Si much speculation on this one. The rider must have seen this by now so it would be nice to get his thoughts.
Ade
very nice volvo v40 in the background!!!!!!
haha. Truly an epic car :p
Ade
Doesn't matter how much money you have, it's never gonna beat experience, that was just 100% inexperienced carelessness, end of story.
Certainly looks like it but this was actually a very experienced biker. Might have been just one of those lapses. I have not seen one of these bikes since. Super rare.
Ade
No plaster big enough to cover that embarrassment.
Ha. TAXI for one!
Ade
Should have given the bike to me
I still would’ve crashed but I would’ve crashed it spectacularly
Ha. It's so much money I'd be too scared to ride it anyway, given my history. It was pretty cool how he did it in slow motion.
Ade
Lol😂
If that stupid guy with the camera was not standing practically in front of him he could have accelerated out of it. Instead of jumping out of his way he grabbed the handlebars so he was the main cause of it.
You may have a point there. There a lot of factors involved.
Ade
Every body thing this is ducati panigale in instagram 😂
got trade plate on.. might not even be his
I know what you mean, I thought that but apparently, as Bikke was there, he is known and it is his. Plus, there is no chacne at all anybody would be allowed on one of these bikes! :)
Ade
A bit of a metaphor for what’s really happened☹️
Yeahh. Ha. I dont think 'guy doesnt have enough speed, hits a pothole and drips his new norton on the ground' would have been viewed :)
Ade
Some people just have more money than sense and get expensive bikes and cars just to show off but are complete noobs to riding/driving.
Ha, sounds like me! SAying that, to be fair, I do have a huge passion for bikes, it just outweighs my ability so I have to be careful. I'd love a Norton but money is ridiculous really. Could get a new R1, a new BMW R1250GS - and - a little MT-07 for the shop run.
Ade
He put his right foot on the brake thats why
Yeah, several people saw that. That would be enough to upset his forward velocity uprtight dynamics and fall flat.
Ade
I feel so bad for the guy. But it's great comedy. I hope his ego has recovered from this.
Ha, exactly how I felt :)
All the gear, no idea
Well, the general opinion on here is that he was 'unlucky' with a combination of factors.
Umm. This or a Panigale V4R?
Almost an impossible decision. I suspect the Ducati is better on most tracks for the average rider. Personally I'd take the Norton as it is rarer.
Norton, why? Because its made in UK...
This bike is not shiny enough :)
yeah, mad, isnt it.
You';d have to clean it and polish it EVERY time you go out as the slightest thumbprint will be magnified and piss you off. :)
Ade
Imagine the glare while riding in a sunny day 😂🤣
@@c.g.c2067 Yeah, might be right. Didnt think about that. Then again, the bike is so glorious I would take that risk. It would look bloody great in my lounge!

Ha. Nice one. Now, if the hole had fluoro around it he may have spotted it! :)
