Deluxe came with upgraded interior and a bit extra bling. Disc brakes weren’t standard on a Deluxe. They were standard on a 375 and optional on pre 375 cars.
Consul Deluxe did come with two tone paintwork but not as a Zodiac, it was roof and body were different colours

The Consul 375 Deluxe was the 4 cylinder equivalent of the 6 cylinder Zodiac!

My dad is getting one but I’m scared of the asbestos
Sure those seats aren't Rexine ?. It looks and feels like leather and was fitted to 95 per cent of cars back then. It's a bit odd that a car so old only has 29k on it .
What should I do about my fear of the brake pads and clutch
Dash top need's replacing to be minto.
But it does run like a little Swiss watch.
