Hey guys with the Prison Base Series ended I thought I'd make it into a single video or a movie as its called! In this 100 day challenge we try to survive and make our base in the Rosewood Prison! with huge hordes of zombies and a lot of crazy moments!

Do you play with multi hit on or off??
Mostly off, for me it makes it to easy I like the extra challenge
yeah me too man good for new players though so they can manage the hordes
Off, i play at 0.75 population since i'm just... not that good at the game however i buff the zeds their hearing, vision and memory and put multi hit off. Also running a horde mod which spawns moving hordes around the map.

on, ik people hate it but im new to the game and it makes things a bit easier, im planning on turning it off as i play more and get more comfortable.

This video got me more excited about NPC's. I'm still apprehensive about the execution, but if they can eventually pull off something like the Sim Settlements mod from Fallout 4, that'd be awesome.

I'm just at the part of your video where Audrey runs when you fight the z's, so I apologise if you mention this yourself later on...! But the best way I've found to get Superb Survivors to actually fight with you is to right click, set 'rules of engagement' to 'attack hostiles'. My survivors always run from a fight until I do this!
aww damn that would of been helpful! they seemed to fight sometimes but not consistently thanks for this definitely use it next time!
I actually really loved that you still showed the footage and finished out the series even though Rick died. Sometimes it feels like the characters have plot armor for the sake of the video and I know it’s a lot of work but I appreciate you showing it

I think starting in a hospital as a doctor and trying to turn it into a safezone (gathering and saving as many survivors as possible using the mod) would be a cool idea.

Really love the music when you're blasting or burning the zombies.
Maybe it's just me, but the tone changed as soon as rick died. It seemed rushed to me
I did feel like I made it faster after rick, wanted it to be mainly rick's story but so much happened in Daryl's it felt faster. Good feedback though man never want it to feel rushed

Syncing the death squish noises to the music is the reason this channel is quickly becoming one of my favorite zomboid channels. Great editing work, it must have taken forever.

Here's a good tip, if you want to kill more zombies at once turn on weapon multi-hit

@@ArashiGold yeah but for a lot of people (myself included), it's way less fun to play without multi-hit. having to force the hordes into a single-file conga line to safely fight them breaks my immersion a lot more than hitting two zombies at once with a baseball bat does, so i much prefer multi-hit. maybe once you play the game for 1000 hours multi-hit becomes too easy, but even if it eventually *does* become too easy for me i'd rather just crank up the population than turn multi-hit off

it was insane pop but with uniform spawns so they spawn more in woodlands

42:59 The reason why the silencer doesn't work is because the mod (Improvised Silencers by Maxwell218) works only on vanilla guns and Vanilla Firearms Expanded, not with Brita's Weapons or any other mod.

what are the specs of your rig? i had big hordes aswell but i cant remember real stutter. i did not have as many mods though

A more settlement oriented goal would be interesting if the NPC'$ are capable of completing tasks. Otherwise a group, that doesn't declare war on one another, building a settlement, and clearing the map, would be more interesting.

so i think it was set to very high but with maybe a 2 multiplier and spawns set to uniform
I'm being nit-picky as a joke, but generally:
If it goes *brrrrrr* it's a prop (propeller) plane, not a jet.
If it goes *woosh* then it's a jet plane.
If it goes woosh really loudly and you can feel the vibration in your chest, it's a (low flying) jet flying with afterburners. :)

Do the zombies ever stop respawning? Kinda hard to secure an area for safeish looting if they keep coming back the next day

I randomly stumbled across the prison earlier and spent half an hour trying to get food out of the vending machine. 80 zombie kills later I had one pop can and I was still hungry
