That transition from dripping into mouth to goat milking was mad sus is all I'm saying xD What did everyone think of the episode? See my full uncut live reactions to the episodes over on Patreon www.patreon.com/BrandonReviews
The ANIME is following the MANGA as closely as possible...TANKOBON Volume-17. ALSO, "Dr. Stone" is in the SHONEN-genre where one-season's enemy becomes an ally/friend in future seasons...THAT is the pattern when you see DBZ, SHOUKUGEKI-NO-SOMA, and a bunch of others...
2 things I love about Dr. Stone. (1) It shows how so many inventions have become essential to soecity even something as interesting as creating unique drinks serves as a valuable purpose. (2) I like how villains instead of getting redeemed by showing they turn over a new leaf and feel guilty, there return is used strategically to help fight a bigger threat. It helps avoid the problem that series like Dragon Ball have which is once a villain becomes a hero they sometimes will lose what made them interesting. It's nice when a villain can keep there inditmiating presents regardless of what side they are on.
That innuendo was hilarious and definitely intentional to me. Dr. Stone can be VERY unhinged. Other comedic instances are the inclusion of poisons and toxins to make essentials, Matsukaze being a lightweight for alcohol and acting yaoi with Tsukasa while drunk. I initially thought that was what you meant by sus, AH🤣😂 The highlights of this episode to me are the personalized drinks, Matsukaze's backstory, Hyoga's, Moz's and Homura's revival, and the retelling of science with historic context. Also, the thrill of adventure. I love the excitement of getting to explore a new land. Arriving at North America must be a surreal experience when you consider they crossed the whole North Pacific all the way from Japan.
Cucumber definitely tastes like melon. You know, I bought some green bananas the other week so that they would ripen over time and last me a while. But apparently, I got them TOO green and 3 weeks later, they hadn't gotten even the TINIEST bit yellow. So I decided to eat one anyways. It was impossible to peel, and the part of hard banana I was able to eat tasted like melon. Yep. Interesting story. I am not going to buy green bananas anymore.
I think those green bananas would have ripened eventually, but believe it or not it can take up to 6 weeks! You can dramatically reduce the ripening time to a few days by putting them together in a paper bag with other ripe/ripening fruit so the gas can spread between them.
@ - I looked it up and it said that if your bananas don't ever ripen, it's because they weren't exposed to a certain chemical in the air at some point. The internet said to put them in a brown paper bag. So I did. 2 weeks later, nothing. No progress. I wasted an entire $1.28 on those bananas.
One thing I've loved about this show from the very beginning was the examination and comparisons of human philosophies and human nature. I also can't help but imagine what kind of consequences could happen depending on who gets de-petrified and how quick society could break down again. For example, imagine being awakened from your stone like stasis and having it explained to you what became of the world you knew - your house and favorite things are gone (not to mention pets!) there are no more family photos (for now) and perhaps the land you once owned was claimed by someone who was revived before you. That could leave someone not only psychologically affected, but once things sink in, bitterness and rivalries could settle in too. Imagine having been a tourist in Japan at the time of the petrification; you get de-petrified but your hometown hasn't been awakened yet much less rebuilt and you may have no clue where your family and assorted loved ones are! Sounds almost like a nightmare! You would probably have to stay in a "reunification center" (essentially a refugee camp) until your old contacts can be recovered successfully. At the same time, if average people (ie. those who had no political power or influence in the past) were revived first, they'd likely take the opportunity to remake their immediate area into the opposite of what they knew - or rethink their lives and say, "Hey, I couldn't be a screenwriter back in the past because I had no contacts, but since the world needs entertainment again, I think this is the time to be one!" What about criminals? There aren't anymore records so how do you know if the person your waking up is dangerous? There are just so many story possibilities that could be mined from this situation!! As for the episode itself, I have to question why Moz is there as he was not of Ishigami Village and the Perseus' crew didn't need to bring him along. They could have placed him next to Ibarra on Treasure Island. I can imagine taking Hyoga back on board since he was their responsibility but it's a big risk IMO to de-petrify him. I also can't help but wonder why he still keeps his face covered as his scars have healed.
With the revival fluid, a question in my mind is, why revive those people at that point in time, I mean its more mouths to feed as they would have a limited surply of food and fresh water, sure there is fishing for food, wouldn't it be better to revive them when closer to land just in case something goes wrong?
Glad to see this show back. Wonder what the main conflict will be for this season since why-man is still a long ways away. This could be a setup season, gathering everything for a rocket and reviving people along the way
Now that you mention it, I can definitely see your point. It is sus. Idk if it's intentionally that way or just a really funny coincidence though. But I'm pretty sure half of the reason why you noticed it that way is because your mind is in the gutter like what you said lol cause I never notice it and I read smut.
I raised an eyebrow when it cut from mouth open like someone had a mouthful to a shocked animal face...but when it cut to the milking after I had no choice lmfao

Senku looking at Chrome like a proud father
Senku while looking at Chrome: I raised that boy.
CHROME IS FKING PRIDIOGY when it comes to utilizing materials
i was just thinking of the scene with muze pushing onto Tsubasa's muscles while he was drunk thats where i thought the sus moment would be
oh they wanted his chesticles too but the milking scene is what sus'd me out lol
They really susified the manga for this episode, that scene with Matsukaze caressing Tsukasa’s chest had me flabbergasted lmaoo
Chrome getting another major W under his belt.

I can't understand why you have the milking scene otherwise lmao
@AHBrandonReviews Absolutely. Great minds think alike lol
The mc of Bartender: Glass of God has nothing on Francois.
Chrome is just so intelligent. He can think about all these things without even living through it like senku and the others.

bro I think your bananas are defective ive had the greenest banana known to man and a week at max lmao you pick them yourself or something xD

im just questioning how tf bo ended up with freshly picked banana and not ones that age in a week like most grocery stores lmao

@ - I hit "Reply" but it didn't tag your name in the final comment. Interesting.
Nah if you know boichi, that innuendo wasn’t an accident
Uh cant wait for next episode! American Food xD
So fun thing about the artist boichi, he also draws spicy manga so he probably got away with some stuff

Chrome is the second smartest person in the crew. Awesome. XD and X3
