И воду и льда не добавляем.
А у нас есть специальный кувшин из керамики.

Как вы делаете сыр?
@@cookingatcountrylife Кувшина что то не могу найти точно похожую.м
Но можно посмотреть балкарская керамика .
Лепят из глины на гончарном круге.
А пахту тоже ставим на медленный огонь и получается творог.
И мы готовим из нее чуду и курзе.
Это у нас Дагестан.
Кувшин.бывает большой с двумя ручками.
И очень удобный.
Немного нужно оставлять на солнце а потом тоже катаем пока получиться масло.
Это старинный метод.
Но масло так вкуснее и творог тоже.
Оставшуюся сыворотку тоже используем для теста

это интересно. 🙏🌺Я бы очень хотел приехать в Россию и посмотреть, как делают сыр и масло.
Мы также используем оставшуюся пахту вместо безалкогольных напитков и колы с едой.
И иногда мы кипятим его, пока он не станет густым и кислым
Мы называем его Каракрут или Аб Гроут.
Это кислая и вкусная приправа
Спасибо . Я проверю еще, чтобы увидеть эти кувшины из балкарской керамики.
У нас также есть очень красивые керамические и гончарные изделия в Иране.
Многие из них настолько художественны, что мы должны оставить их в музее.

Если бы приехали в Россию вам бы действительно показали как в деревнях России делают масло, вообще я не верю а наше время даже в Иране в деревнях масло так делают, лед же используют, значит есть холодильник и есть наверняка и сепаратор, ненадо показухой заниматься показывайте как есть на самом деле
