Today nomads preparing delicious soup in a rainy day that's called Ash- Reshte.
Ingredients : pea, red bean, lentil, tare, noodle, vegetables ( spinach, green garlic, dill, leek, parsley), turmeric, pepper and salt.

Когда я в первый раз увидела такое видео - была в шоке. Но потом поняла, что люди живут так, как они сами хотят. Кроме того, кажется, что некоторые вещи просто сделаны специально на камеру и показывают традиционный уклад жизни. Много таких семей, что показывают приготовление пищи на костре, но на мелькнувшей кухне можно увидеть и холодильник и раковину с водой и газовую плиту. Кроме того, готовят часто из продуктов, упакованных в стандартную магазинную упаковку. И сегодня я поняла секрет их спокойствия и неторопливости, хотя и была удивлена: это кальян!

Дорогие женщины а что нельзя очаг сделать в доме (печка называется ) можно готовить и заодно дом отапливает , вещи сушить можно , а то столько дров уходит , только что бы чай приготовить . Есть много проэктов хороших уютных домашних печек . есть же в кишлаке мужчины пусть помогут , а вы обедом их угостите ))
Можно жеж сделать нормальный навес во дворе возле дома где бы дождь не попадал и можно было бы готовить что то типа летней кухни
Как вы спите в таком холоде на одном ковре ???

I haven't figured out what she gave the dog....Poor thing, it needs love, warmth and shelter.
Stale bread from the morning or day before. No meat I don't think the dogs are given love, so they cower in submission because she feeds him. Sad really I don't think they are mean just no affection. Even in life it doesn't seem to me alot of happiness. or affection towards each other that I've seen on these videos. Or I've not seen it yet. But lets face it they are in a constant state of survival. So not alot of time of relaxing. Or for the women anyways. The men don't appear to do alot in daily upkeep, and are served their meals or tea first. Its different there than most women experience in our lives, women are not free to do as they please. Very hard lives. I wonder how many die in child birth there ?
I mean no hospitals close or easy to get to very scary health wise, but they get alot of exercise just to exist, no doubt even while they are pregnant.
