Great aid in balance and feel. I took a dowel rod from Lowe.s and mounted to my balance board by countersinking for screw and works great. Also put a rubber mat on top so I could hit balls with it . This is simple and works super. Thanks for great videos
I like the innovation Robert! Train these drills for a few months and I really think people will be surprised by the results. Focusing on the flow of energy and timing of these forces can really ramp up your swing's efficiency and ability to produce speed regardless of age and athletic ability.
