I have a Park Avenue, in that same color. I know these derbies are more about the skill of the driver than the car...still, it made me kind of proud, to see that Buick win!
Similar feeling here. Second place was a '67 or '68 Chrysler product. I used to have a '67 Dodge Polara 500. Nice to see I was pretty safe in it. Sam for the Taurus in the first one. Wished the tires stayed up so I could see how it would have done in the end.
lol this is awesome, do you allow me to use a few seconds of your video in one of mine? I'll be reviewing an old MS-DOS game based on this races :) of course i'll also credit your channel and video for this
Yah the imperials were tanks. Here where iam at we can run them. But now they are collector cars. When I was a kid we would see the 63s and 64s run in the 80s early 90s
I have seen the 00 run at Cuba New York a few times. That is a strong car. At Cuba there are a lot more cars in the class. We call them Modifieds. Cuba gets about 25 of these cars on the track at once. I like the video n nice job guys on the video
Savage Stangs the remove the shatter parts because of safety and easy clean up. It could also allow drivers to sell the glass and lights to make a little extra money if they would like to.
While this derby is ok, check out Delaware County NY derby on here. 80-90 cars in a night, they take 3 from each heat to the feature. No other derby hits harder than Delco. If a car gets put on the rail, it stays there.
Frank Cars Tempesta I've seen how they make these they're not Classics that all they're usually built on a truck frame with some bent aluminum panels that are reinforced because these cars are wanted to stand up to more than one Derby
10:47 "This car....wait....wait for a hit. He's lined up, ready to GO!" Me: Good hit! "Now he gets squished! OHHHHH!!!!" Me: WHOA!! 😂😂😂😂 "Up and over goes the 9 machine! We're still driving them! The 9 of Kesler up on top! Ohhhhhh!" Me: Wow!!!! That's the second big hit! 7 and 8 got bigger hits!
Komodox because it takes patience and skill to go around a track and not get it for 100 laps... you could put a todler in a car and he's garunteed to hit another car... just sayin
Last Derby I went to in J-Ville Florida, there was 2 people with Crown Vics, and those guys gave it hell and pretty much hands down got the heavy hitter awards.
+a1rs0fter you fucking pussys, run what ya brung. we run on asphalt with whatever shows up. all those rules about no limos, no imperials and no hearse. you guys would never last in a Canadian derby
America is all about big spectacular stuff. How come brits and Irish beat you in Demolition derby? You guys need to use more surface area to accelerate more and hit harder.
U guys need mor safty, battery's must be inside the cab it's a rule on ours and no cement in doer panls, no ballistic Ect in,on tires to improve traction. And many more stuff.
Zizz is from my area of Ohio I believe. I have herd his name before. glad the Buick won bone stock or chain and go what ever you call it. I own the same make and year siting in my driveway right now lol
Man, sorry but it looks like a pillow fight of a demolition derby. Not like a 1980s or 1990s Derby where people would use cars from the 1960s-1970s... But if that's what floats your boat, no problem.
In my county fair derby, you are automatically disqualified if you go on the rail and get off by yourself, or if you flip over, even just on your side. It sucks, They should do what they did in this one in.
No way that 00 isn't a cheater car. Spent the whole derby delivering front hits and didn't suffer any damage as a result? (His radiator popped on its own, if you look--he didn't take a hit that popped it.) If it's not a rebodied Imperial, then he's got those body panels full of cement and pig iron to keep it from bending at all.
the last 3 cars had so much steel welded into them no wonder the destroyed the other cars ,,00 had his motor caged , i thought demolition derby was stock cars no reinforcements ,only a driver cage if you want
Devin Knappenberger yeah I noticed that a lot I remember a few years ago I went to one and they just went all out and I had a hell of a lot more fun when they were going all out
NewGunzSociety i know this is an old comment but honestly, those last 3 in the heavyweights were just kicking up dirt for 20 minutes. The vip derby was 10 times better with drivers that really wanted that W
Don't know why people are griping about the commentary - it's freaking awesome!
Yeah I agree
The commentary is like 65% of these videos for me honestly lmao
They do a good job.
Its half the reason i watch
Cause they're losers who arent fun at parties
as a European it's great to see a full Derby race with voiceover thanks guys!
Go to Finland
"his fuel cap's open!"
-"oh that'll take ya out in any derby"
"ya the warning light's on"
i love these guys they're hilarious

Park Aves and LeSlobbers are great cars. Heroes.
@@DDS029 Those big c-body mopars are notorious bad-ass derby cars.
7:12 hey that's my grandma's 1994/1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera
Pretty good demo derby considering the small driving space. The VIP derby was way better than I expected. Thanks for posting a great video.
i want to do this i have a bunch of old crappy 90s cars. can anyone do this or? how do i sign up
As far as I know if a local fair is having a derby if you've got a suitable car you can sign up.
What kind of cars do you have?
lol this is awesome, do you allow me to use a few seconds of your video in one of mine? I'll be reviewing an old MS-DOS game based on this races :) of course i'll also credit your channel and video for this
10 years and still no response damn
awesome derby action, thanks for loading the video!!!!
What is the make and model of this 00 ?

Yah the imperials were tanks. Here where iam at we can run them. But now they are collector cars. When I was a kid we would see the 63s and 64s run in the 80s early 90s
Curious, Do derby cars have to be currently registered with the DMV?
No they can’t
what kind cars were 1 and 13 ?
#1 was a '97-'03 Buick Park Avenue. #13 was a '97-'99 Cadillac Sedan Deville
Dominic Martinelli wow thanks you know your cars

On-board cam not working?
is there a way to get ahold of this group for parties?
commentators why do we have them?
When I saw those 2 Cadillacs and that Buick Park Avenue pull up as contenders, I right away knew other vehicles with in big trouble.

Y do thay take the glass, head and tail lights off

LBTVproductions oh thanks
Savage Stangs they strip it for money too

those three cars were straight up teaming on that impala the officials should of waved the black on them days ago
No helmets?
What are they going to do
Poor classic cars
I know right
Frank Cars Tempesta I've seen how they make these they're not Classics that all they're usually built on a truck frame with some bent aluminum panels that are reinforced because these cars are wanted to stand up to more than one Derby
Frank Cars Tempesta I know poor them I hope someone will win
A car being old doesn’t make it a classic
Great vid guys pros it about time.
All these cars are available one piece at a time at pick-a-part

Don't it depend on the state
Not in Canada. Just have to be 18.

Demolition Derby, the original Battle Royale!
Great derbies! Second one was a battle to the end
NASCAR doesn't have shit on the demolition derby.

OMG, I LOVE DEMOLITION DERBYS
i get running fairly stock compacts but they should at least remove bumper covers an exhaust and airbags and chain the trunk shut
The first heat was what derby is about!

I wanna see real flat out derby
N he wasnt the mystery driver. His name was on the side
iv seen the 00 and his secret is a imperial frame and he just switches the body
i like the green car the best 😁😁😁
