Regarding the stopover, they did offer a 5 star option at a discounted rate and that was if you ticket was economy so I would imagine you could also get this offer in Business, but unsure if you would get a free 5 star stay in Business - Would be a good deal though! I'm curious to do this but I think it would have to be 3 nights otherwise it would be too much running around and stress that it wouldn't be worth it. BTW I never get a sim card while overseas! Just rely on free wifi ;)
After having booked the hotel via the Holidays website - I just showed up at the hotel and showed them my confirmation email and they had me on the system :)

In Australia breakfast is almost never included, and it's expensive!
I actually hate warm pools when in a warm climate, you want something refreshing. That wouldn't give any relief from the heat
I totally get what you mean! A cooler pool can definitely be more refreshing in hot weather.
