did you visit Myrtos or Petani Beach or Mellasani Cave? After watching your video i tought that you were on less crowded places? I was in Kefalonia 3 weeks ago.
Hi, no, we didn’t visit those places this time. There’s so much to do on Kefalonia it’s hard to do everything in one visit and still leave time for chilling! Did you have a good time when you were there?
They are both absolutely stunning islands and we love them both having been to each many times over the past 30 odd years. Both have stunning beaches and amazingly beautiful scenery but they are quite different due to their difference in size. Skiathos is really tiny in comparison to Kefalonia. So if you like everything handy and close by, all pretty much accessible by bus, Skiathos is perfect. If you like to get out and about and drive around, Kefalonia gives you the ability to do that. I couldn’t choose a favourite because I genuinely love them both.
@@ciderfromalemon7658 thanks for the reply, we’ve been to skiathos twice and love the place, in fact we’ve just came back from there last week, we fancy Kefalonia next year for a change and was hoping it was similar to skiathos
Hi Dave. Although they are different, I don’t think you’d be disappointed by Kefalonia. The people are friendly, there are loads of different resorts to choose from, all different, beautiful scenery and wonderful beaches. There’s also loads of history there if that’s your thing. Having been to 14 Greek islands and being an absolute lover of all that Skiathos is, I’d have no hesitation in recommending Kefalonia.
Chris at Veronica's.. mmmmm I bought a bracelet there and one of the stones came out, took it back the following year to see if they could repair it , he said he could but would have to send it to the workshop. He took my name, address etc and said he would post to me when done . It never arrived, I emailed several times, never got a reply, never got my bracelet back! Very bad customer service !!!

Hi, yes there was an exodus of boats as we were sat in the square having a frappe. It was so peaceful. What a beautiful town.
