I do not know the specs of the prop. It is the one that came on the motor from the Yamaha, as far as I know. Do only change I noticed so far is being able to get on plane quicker.
Thanks I have a 15 pits on my 60 and in wil bring me to 42 km on 5200 rpm. So i think need a other prop ! I hoped you would look and share your numbers 🤗 Frits from Amsterdam (the Netherlands:-)
@@bry8890, I believe it will help. Best thing about it is that if you do not like it you just take it off and there is no permanent bolt holes in your cavitation plate.
On my motor, I took a Sharpe and made a straight line on it and the area it mounts to and just undid the bolt that holds it in place. It needs to line back up as it came off.
Finally had a chance to take the boat out with just my wife and I.
I was able to get on plan at 3000 rpms with the fin vs 3500 rpms without it.
Wich prop do u use and did the rpm and speed chance ?

Torque tab video
Did you see an improvement?
Not yet. I have only taken it out once and it was with four people. When my wife and I get to go again I will let you know how it does.
@@mikeanders73 I am picking up my first boat tomorrow and was considering this. Im getting a 2019 Tahoe T16. Would you recommend one of these?

How do you get the torque tab off?

It might be oxidized. Have tried spraying it with some type penetrating spray?
It is possible the bolt is a left hand thread. So instead of righty tighty, lefty loosey , it would be righty loosey and lefty tighty.
Hows that hydrofoil doing?
So far, so good. Have been out twice this year.
@@mikeanders73 cool i just ordered one 4 my 90hp.
Thanks 4 the video
