Lots of this video is missing. Was the relay found under the left headlight?
Yes. Pull that driver side headlight out. Then there is a black plastic cover with one screw. It's under that. Dont need to remove air filter stuff to get it.
On one of the brushes there should be a thermal circuit breaker, on my 4 bolt f115 yammy there is. Or there was anyway, that's cooked up bad.
What is the new stock?
It was off of another Ruger American. I just rattle can camoed it.

@mattsummers6324 , Seat base shield 5813738 Bracket, seat support center 5255263-329 I ordered the parts through PARTSZILLA. I looked them up under the 2012 model of our 2011. The diagram is under Body, Seat&Base, all options. It lists all the fasteners you will need, also. You're welcome.
@mattsummers6324 , as for the heat shield material I had on the seat before I installed the polaris one, it was some I ordered from Amazon.

Yes, last time I was down there only 1 crane was onsite at the Jimmie Davis Bridge.
What happened to the Caddo Bridge?
They tore it down over a year ago.

Check it out 12 miles on black bayou from Rodessa to the launch at Hauston. Some beautiful water. Looks like a bass on every tree. Never knew about those three bridges. And it went that far. Looks like frog and sun i country.

So if I understand this right, a 1st gen ranch with or without the mag cutout well will swap out the same as a ruger ranch WITH the new replaceable mag well aics part? Don't the 1st gen and current gen have different machine marks on the bolt or is that no big deal? I'd love to convert my 1st gen ranch .223 with the solid mag well to this.
Does your rifle have the rotary magazine or the ar-15 style magazines? I have the ranch 5.56 and I can swap magwells out between AR-15 style and rotary magazine. They both work fine. My 7.62x39 I had the first gen and the magazine adapter for the first gen is just a magwell insert not it's own separate piece so it could be put into a stock of any color where as the new ones are their own separate piece so you are stuck with a tan one on the new rifles.

Thank you for helping me find where my fan relay is. Unfortunately, I finally figured out what was wrong. One of the fan was locked up, causing the fuses to blow and the car to overheat. 😡
Did you have to replace the locked up fan motor itself or is it the relay and blown fuse that caused the fan to lock up. Help!?!

This is the factory heat shield they started installing on later models, and it is the one I used.
Where did you purchase the new stock? factory ruger new model? After market? Order Info?
It was a regular ruger stock that I spray painted.
It came from a local gun smith. He had restocked a rifle for someone.
I have a 1st gen and did the same install, but the Ruger AICS mags won't lock in. the feed lips hit the bottom of the receiver. Did you have to do any mods to get this to work?
I took a file and trimmed the mag catch on the back of the magazine down, a little at a time, until it locked in.
So unfortunately as you found out the conversion kit in your gun doesn't work. The action is slightly different when I compared two different rugers that I have in 6.5 The bottom is machined slightly to accept the aics mags compared to the rotary
Use a piece of paper to make a template next time, and then place the template on your material to cut out your floor. Will ensure a better fit.

I had the fans replaced and the relay module and the Temp sensor and still ain’t working. The guy normally does a great job but got my van with a check engine light on I have owned the van for years never had a check engine light is there a way to bypass the fan direct inly use the van for appointment
It can be done if all else fails. I am not a mechanic, but I have done it before on a Chevy Cavalier. Added a relay and a switch and wired it directly.

An I also use a light bent Aluminum material or metal an underneath the floor and put heat sheild material to help with the heat and it works
The heat shield did not come on my year model, it started the year after. I did order one though, after talking with a friend of mine, and installed it over the heat shield material.
Glad yours was under headlight. Mine isn't. No clue where it is.

How do you get the torque tab off?
On my motor, I took a Sharpe and made a straight line on it and the area it mounts to and just undid the bolt that holds it in place. It needs to line back up as it came off.
It might be oxidized. Have tried spraying it with some type penetrating spray?
It is possible the bolt is a left hand thread. So instead of righty tighty, lefty loosey , it would be righty loosey and lefty tighty.
I developed an easy way to mount a DR-02 strobe light on a DJI Phantom Drone. Since the GPS for the Phantom is located directly under the center of the drone body I do not think mounting the strobe at this location would be advisable. It needed to be mounted where it would be visible from above. What I came up with was a way to fasten the Ulanzi DR-02 strobe above the battery, but low enough to clear the propellors. I made the mount out of an inexpensive plastic bottle that previously held some hydrogen peroxide (bought at the Dollar Tree for $1.00. My 2011 is hot, I was able to purchase a kit that kept some heat off my feet and did install insulation on the bottom of the seat which did help somewhat. I put heat shield under the hood up against the dashboard which improved. Polaris should be ashamed but their not. A whole bunch of money and they have no fix.

I do not, but if I think of something or hear of anything I will pass it along.
@@mikeanders73 You need to seal the openings where the pedals come through. Do a search for the kit, not sure if they are still made.

Wich prop do u use and did the rpm and speed chance ?
I do not know the specs of the prop. It is the one that came on the motor from the Yamaha, as far as I know. Do only change I noticed so far is being able to get on plane quicker.

Finally had a chance to take the boat out with just my wife and I. I was able to get on plan at 3000 rpms with the fin vs 3500 rpms without it.
Did you see an improvement?
Not yet. I have only taken it out once and it was with four people. When my wife and I get to go again I will let you know how it does.

@@bry8890, I believe it will help. Best thing about it is that if you do not like it you just take it off and there is no permanent bolt holes in your cavitation plate.
