Another fun tournament to watch. I do have to admit feeling a little sad that no one seems to want to play Ghostblade anymore... though considering the hit he took recently, I can't say I'm surprised.
Fr, why'd he even get nerfed? Wasn't he already low tier? I wanted to try messing around with him as a secondary, but it seems like he's just not a very good character, so I don't know why they even bothered nerfing him.
Based on the turnout of this tournament, you'd think Inquisitor was the new DLC character rather than Spectre. Glad to see more Dragon Knight, I think she's really hard to play. It's hard to get in on people with her stubby normals, so you're more reliant on MP skills to achieve good neutral presence, and her combos are annoying to execute with the little microdashes, and then you still need more mana to really get good damage out of her. She's a lot of fun to watch, though.
Feels like every DNF tournament I watch has a Lost Warrior early on, often even winning, only to then vanish from the bracket completely. Makes me sad as a LW main. Seems he's still lost after all...
Wish more people played this game.
