I'm still playing this on PC but I was having issues with the port which stopped me from playing over the weekend. When I first heard the vocal version of the City Ruins in the game I just thought...damn, this is amazing, I'd love to even just figure out the notes for this. Which I did! And then thought let's just make something similar but with some little variations and new harmonies. This came together really quickly, about 6-7 hours, that was a nice workout haha.
I don't usually do remixes for a game until I've finished it so I can get to know the whole game and its music but I just couldn't help myself with this one. Maybe even more NieR: Automata to come. We'll see!

I really liked this song when I first heard the vocal version in game. Unusually for me I stopped playing the game today just to write this remix, I usually like to play the whole game and hear all the music first. There could be more Nier: Automata remixes in the future, will just have to see what happens!

Like all your other remixes this sounds like something you'd hear in a movie adaption of the game, my only complaint is that at 1:25 the transition or whatever sounds a little unsmoothe but I blame that on the program you used. Good shit as always though.

I've been using that name for a long time and Extra Credits somewhat came from OCRemix, I still use that name there and submit under it.
