Nissan Qashqai inner door handle replacement

hi i have nissan Qashgai 2007 my battery is dead and i cannot open the door using my key any ideas why?

There is a physical key in that remote, try using that

@@tanvannghia yes i been using it but still doesnt work.. it should be open bcoz im using the key but i still cannot open. i dont know the reason why.. if i can open the door using the key the i can open the bonnet and charge the battery
