We are mid spring here in Australia and I'm loving your winter haul. Our home is over 100 years old so it doesn't have a very large wardrobe for now so I am currently packing away my winter clothing and pulling out my summer one. Then I edit it by removing what doesn't fit and then slowly adding in more current season trends to fill any gaps.
Also I love how supportive Jack is with your purchases ❤❤ My husband is the same. I was meant to return this but I'm not 😂😂Total enablers 😅😅

12:45 I use to wear gap as a kid and teen until early 1990s I stopped they just got ehh..but now? They’re making really on trend pieces out of great materials!! Their knits are great! And this dark espresso brown? Is sooo on point! I can’t stand browns that have too much red or orange this is a black brown and it’s perfect!!

I love the Gap and Banana Republic for having petite sizing and tall. I have bought some of their "tall" t-shirts (even though I'm petite) so its longer on my torso! I wish more stores would offer petites too! Argh!

I really enjoy watching Valentina and Jack of course 😊, been a long time subscriber as well (on both channels).
I do understand that shopping is very enjoyable and fun, but I the constant hauls in every video are something that is kind of putting me off . I do believe we should all enjoy our hard earned money, and this is just my opinion. I would just enjoy more of the day to day life .

Wow!!! I have been holding off on commenting on this for a long time. I love your channel. But I have found I get more out of your channel when you and Jack are not on together and it is just you. Don't get me wrong I love that you are on together but when he is with you there are just too many side jokes (all ages watch these channels!) and for those of us who are serious decorators that is not what we want or need to hear on a decor channel. I literally tuned out of the channel today because of the excessive laughing and jokes. Keep up the good work!!! But please keep the side jokes to a minimum please. And yes I am a subscriber. Thanks.
Her other channel is the main decor channel. This is the lifestyle channel. They had me 😂 today. It's okay to be informal on this channel imo.
Maybe seeking out one of the many other decorators' content on youtube would be better for you. Some of us tune in to not just listen to her professional tips, we also like seeing her life - including her trips and interactions with Jack, their children, and other family on occasion. Plus for me personally, I like seeing a stable, happily married couple. In case you haven't noticed, there isn't much evidence of this out there! If, like you I was seeking a tutorial, I'd look to another channel - instead of trying to change this one. You wouldn't walk into Saks 5th Avenue and tell them they should be selling Maybelline, would you? Not everywhere, or every TH-cam channel will have what you want. 🤷♀️

The joy, jokes, and connection are part of what makes this channel feel authentic and relatable to so many of us. If serious, no-nonsense decor is all you’re after, maybe you’re just in the wrong place.
