They actually ommited a pannel from the manga in this episode. When Chilchuck said he's good at his job, in the manga it's followed by the party all patting his head which he then shoo them away angrily
The dungeon cleaners are like the perfect overlap of where Laios n Marcille have their interests. Being dungeon monsters, of course Laios knows a lot and likes them. Meanwhile Marcille knows them since she's into dungeons/making dungeons and they're a key part of maintaining dungeons. It leads to both knowing a lot about the cleaners and liking them which is nice to finally have a moment where both are interested and on the same wavelength.
Maizuru is racist towards non tall-men (dwarves, gnomes, probably elves too) because they have mostly tallmen in their area, the other races are not seen as humans. It's an amazing exemple of how a concept ("human") is understood differently depending on the community using it. In the local area they call elves, dwarves, tallmen and half foot "humans", but the east only sees tallmen as "humans".
O-rin, Dwarf, and Frog Girl lol. Maizuru assumes Rin's full name is one from her own culture, and she doesn't identify Holm properly as a Gnome despite having traveled with them for a little bit. Frog girl is also rude but... kinda funny and understandable given the situation lol
9:16 nah fr that’s what I’m saying! There’s so much casual racism & stereotyping in this show that I wasn’t expecting. & it goes so far back like the old gnome was clearly racist against elves. & this women referred to every dwarf character by their race instead of their names only until after the falin attack.

Shuro's real name is Toshiro Nakamoto.
It was difficult for Laios to hear it, and he was misidentified as "Shuro," but this name stuck.
ryoko kui gave us a really good world building, it's not all because it's "magic"

Oh hey, Shuro actually apologized, maybe he's not so-
Nevermind, now he’s threatening to kill Laios 💀
(Bro really need to take a nap or something)
What not eating or slepping well for days does to you
Laois loot bailey from them to make porridge in episode 7 (Or the bailey would be drowned anyway)
