I am so surpised you didn't include The Pyres in your video, which is a major highlight in Varanasi, and central to the Hindu's belief in transitioning to the spirit world - it's incredible to sit on a boat and watch the funeral precessions at night with the constantly burning pyres. In my experience India is best done with a well-known guide, otherwise it can be overwhleming and you will miss a lot of highlights. In Varanasi our guide was a local and through him we met so many wonderful Varanasians. He arranged two private aarti ceremonies and oustanding tours, which were so interesting.
