How To Conditionally Format Rounded Progress Bar Chart in Tableau

Thanks for this just wondering if there is a way to position labels because when the percentage comes close to 100 the labels come inside the green bar. Also, would like to know if we can remove the tooltip just for the grey coloured part and keep it only for coloured part.

We won’t be able to remove tooltip just for the grey part. May be you can try keeping the tooltip only for the measure values field selected as circle and secondly I doubt we will be able to do anything for the labels coming inside green bar
