Jasmine, you are doing well, it is a lot to take in and you picked it up like an adult! I am very impressed. I learned to sew from my grandma who had far more patience than my mom. You are blest that your mom is such a good teacher.

You are so lucky to have your mother... we have these same frustrations and no one to help us...just a book that we just stare at...lol. Thank God for your mom's videos.

Jasmine I’m so proud of you for keeping your temper, listening and learning from your mom and following thru to completion. All very difficult things to accomplish. Yay👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥳

Hi thank you for this. Everyone says use this method and I always had to rethread my needless and thought I was doing something wrong! Also I had never thought of bringing my thread forward between the knife and under the plate! Game changer! Well done to you both. It is very difficult giving advice when so much has become second nature! And always difficult listen in to parents! Love your videos

Lucky to have such a good mom and tutor! Would it have been easier if you took the foot off or not really? I tried this the other day and made such a mess! Had to rethread.

Quit question miss Abby. After all this covid business...I would love to take a vacation. I've only been to Holland and Belgium...so if I should come your way could I set a a few days of lessons and sewing?? Like a little workshop? This would be a dream vacation... traveling plus sewing... lol.
