Guys not recommended this will make your gloves leather dry and brittle therefore making the glove wear and crack easier don't do this to a glove you really care about especially a2000 and pro preferred gloves
SHUA Industries the paint is specially made for materials like this it won’t flake or crack.

We really need to see this tested 💡 it doesn't make sense that these paints will work on all the other leather in the world but not these gloves. Unless it really doesnt bc maybe the amount flexing a mitt does ... maybe?

This is exactly what I was looking for. After painting leather with acrylic can you still condition the leather with baseball glove conditioner or how do you condition the glove once you’ve covered it with an acrylic?

Wouldn't it be much easier to paint the blue first and then outline the Nike and swoosh? The way you did it, you are edging it out twice, taping off etc. Triple the effort. Just sayin...

Yes, All it takes is proper prep and application. When prepping the area, we suggest using our Angelus Deglazer or Acetone to remove the factory paint/finish. This will allow Angelus paint to adhere better to the surface. When applying the paint, makes sure to use light thin coats. It looks sweet. Forgive me for not reading all the comments but I am curious as to how this will last. Can you use this without it being destroyed? I have an old school Lance Parrish catchers mitt that is done for. I have been wanting to redo it for a long time. Just don’t want to waste my time.
That really depends on the preparation that goes into it. We have many that paint shoes for NFL players and they are fine!

Wouldn't this crackle the leather in the glove and make it to stiff for the player? And does this ruin the leather on the glove cause u wouldn't be able to put glove conditioner on the glove when the glove needs it most?

for the Wilson A550 i want to change the web from Black to White... for the paint to not look metallic and stay similar to the how the finish of the colors that are already on it, which white should i go with? and could the white go on that black being as the black is really dark vs that light white? how long will i have to let it sit before using it at practice /games?? and would painting the web with a Qtip work??

It can be possible, but it can take some time to learn. We always suggest testing and experimenting first and foremost. At least before you apply on the actual project.

General HowTo Oiling your glove is one of the worst things you can do. I mean, it’s all personal preference, but I think just playing catch, using a mallet, and wrapping it with a softball inside of it using a cloth
Iraq Lobster actually your wrong 🙁 oil helps the dry leather rehydrate. It when you add way too much that’s when it becomes bad
ESGloves44 he wasn’t talking about the break-in process, he was talking about maintaining the leather and keeping it hydrated with the oil or glove conditioner so that it doesn’t dry out and become a pancake
YUP, leather needs to be maintained. itll dry out and start cracking if not

Yes it will work on all types of leather. I would search custom football gloves. There are a few videos from different artist.
