I personally do not think it's worth it unless you're absolutely know you're running up against skill builds like "maybe" in conflict but then again I just wasn't impressed where he ended the video. No real play in pve, conflict, or players one on one in dz......

I think you already know the answer to your question.
There's no SHD watch in conflict. So, minus 10% all attributes under all 4 tabs in Keener's watch; Offensive, Defensive, Skill & Handling.
Had it been conflict compatible, he would've shown the gameplay.

I have a similar build I use for legendary but with about 84.1% Explosive resistance (soon to be 85 after optimizing), 100% hazard protection and 59%PFE. 1.7Mill armor, 1 red and 2 skill tiers. Crusader Shield and fixer drone
Survivor specialization for PFE
Shield Spliterer AR & Scorpio shotty
Ninjabike Bag
Chill Out mask- HazPro
Yaahl chest- HazPro/ExploResist with obliterate
Cavalier holster- HazPro
Lengmo KneePad- HazPro/ExploResist
Rich&Kaiser Glove- HazPro/ExploResist
All mods are PFE
For DarkZone I change to technician specialization for extra skill tier & link laser
Scorpio Shotty & Carbine 7 w/flatline
Yaahl chest- spotter
All mods are crits now

Depends what you're looking for exactly but try ceska vest with obliterate and crits, memento backpack, other 4 pieces of striker rolled with armor. Crit damage on all striker pieces, 2 crit damage mods, 1 crit chance mod. Use St. Elmos. Works great in everything from open world to legendary missions.
