"Hurry Up!" Time Limit/Frog Switch - Wario Land 4 (Oscilloscope View)

- I finally found the song data (Song217) for the moment you press the Frog Switch in Wario Land 4. I matched the instruments with the ID numbers in the soundfont I extracted with GBAMusRiper and it mostly sounds accurate to the original GBA version. Note that it's not 100% accurate due to this not being recreated with the GBA sound system, so some effects and stuff aren't going to sound just like it...
I wouldn't have been able to make this if I didn't have GBAMusRiper, OpenMPT (for sequencing and instrument audio), Audacity, and nyanpasu64's corrscope.
Hurry Up!, Wario Land 4, and other attributes in the Mario and Wario series are owned by Nintendo Co., Ltd.

Can the tick sound effect be on its own? I've been looking all over the god damn place, I would be so fucking happy if you made a video of this but with every other audio muted except for Tick.
I'm sadly not able to at the moment. You can rip the samples and music data from the game with GBAMusRiper (only works with some games, like Wario Land 4).
Do you know where i can find the ticking clock sfx?
I extracted the sound with GBAMusRiper from a ROM of this game. I don't know if anyone posted the samples used in the game as one whole soundfont, however.

@@mauro27279, you're welcome! By the way, GBAMusRiper only works on SOME GBA games. Certain games have specific sound drivers that the program doesn't recognize, so it won't work on those.
@@PKSuperStar256I remember that pizza tower is known for using Wario land 4 samples for being a reference to the Wario land franchise. I like the ticking sfx cuz it’s my favorite one but one question: I’m not that good at using any game music samples, so is it ok if you can just release the tick sample only?
@@Danyplaysboblox, I'm not able to at the moment, but it's not that hard to extract the sound from many GBA games. GBAMusRiper detects the common sound engine these games use (Wario Land 4 included), so it not only extracts the sequences for the music and sound effects into MIDIs, but it also extracts the samples and compiles them into an SF2 file.
All you need to do is find them using some program that uses soundfonts like OpenMPT or something.
Can i have the instruments for this?
You can extract them with GBAMusRiper with certain GBA ROM files, Wario Land 4 included.

Yeah, they were sampled from this game, which this game sampled from a collection of stock sound effects.
