Major Bachelors courses in Germany are taught in German except few which are in English. Even if the course is in English, you may need to do studienkolleg which is completely in German. There are ways to get exempted. One such way is to do 1st year of Bachelor's degree from your home country and then apply to English taught Bachelors course in Germany. This way you won't have to worry about German language proficiency. But you will still need German to survive in Germany so at least learn till A2 from your home country. I hope it helps! If you plan to apply to a public university where courses are either bilingual or completely in german, for bilingual program try to learn atleast till B2 of German and for a program taught in german you have to learn C1 level of German and if you plan to apply to a private university it dosent matter since the programs are taught completely in English and they check your English proficiency.

Hi brother, I have passed class 12th in 2019 with 85% and wanna do my bachelor's in ME at a public University in Germany kindly answer me these questions- 1. Can I learn German in Germany or it's necessary to learn it in India ? 2. What's the total fee for an year including accommodation and mess facilities in a public University? 3. When will be the new semester admission will be opened ? 4. Are there any chances that I don't get admitted into a public University there ? Even if I have all the documents clear 5. After completing my studies there (maybe till PhD if I will be there) can I get a PR also there ??
For public university I advise you to learn from your homeland since you also have to give german proficiency exams and learn atleast till B2 to be elected in a bilingual program. There is a semester fees of 200-300 euros and for some areas the semester fees is 1500euros . For the dates and their facilities check the respective universities websites. They definitely check your marks and german proficiency but besides that they check wheather you have done a internship (do atleast one but it's better if you do more) and if you are selected by the university you can get rejected by the embassy for not having enough funds so before applying for visa make sure you have around 10000-11000 euros. I don't know about the pr.

You need to do Studienkolleg. After that, you have to give FSP. Then 50% of XII and 50% of FSP will be taken into consideration for getting into Bachelors.

From the 2021 examination onwards, the IB diploma offers either direct general university admission with a free choice of subject or subject-specific admission, depending on the subjects listed in the IB diploma. Hello. So now you can apply for Studienkolleg in Germany for giving Aufnahmeprüfung. If you apply to Public Studienkolleg, you may need B2/C1 language proficiency. So may be try applying and wait for the invitation to write the entrance exam. Then you will have to come to Germany for writing the exam. Moreover, you can also come to Germany on language learning visa and you can complete B2 & C1 from Germany. All the best.

Hi. Clearing any level doesn’t mean free of cost studies in Germany. It all depends upon which university you get, public or private. Public will be free but private would cost you a lot.
The rules says that if you have done your STK from a University of Applied Sciences, then you cannot get admission in Technical Universities. But if you have done your STK from Technical Universities, then you can apply in University of Applied Sciences. I hope it helps.

There is a semester fees of 200-300 euros and for some areas the semester fees is 1500euros . For the dates and their facilities check the respective universities websites. They definitely check your marks and german proficiency but besides that they check wheather you have done a internship (do atleast one but it's better if you do more) and if you are selected by the university you can get rejected by the embassy for not having enough funds so before applying for visa make sure you have around 10000-11000 euros. I don't know about the pr.

For Bachelors, there are no scholarships. You can apply either for Winter or Summer Semester.

You need to do Studienkolleg. After that, you have to give FSP. Then 50% of XII and 50% of FSP will be taken into consideration for getting into Bachelors.

Hello. So now you can apply for Studienkolleg in Germany for giving Aufnahmeprüfung. If you apply to Public Studienkolleg, you may need B2/C1 language proficiency. So may be try applying and wait for the invitation to write the entrance exam. Then you will have to come to Germany for writing the exam. Moreover, you can also come to Germany on language learning visa and you can complete B2 & C1 from Germany. All the best.

Sir, Is it possible to study bachlors in public uni, after completing the STK from " Studienkolleg NRW "at the Hochschule Fresenius in Cologne.
The rules says that if you have done your STK from a University of Applied Sciences, then you cannot get admission in Technical Universities. But if you have done your STK from Technical Universities, then you can apply in University of Applied Sciences. I hope it helps.
