Just what I needed. All the information on top products to use in the restoration process. I have converted my bench grinder and thanks to you got all the extra products I needed from The Polishing Shop. I have been using a hand held successfully enough but this will take me to the next level. Thanks, keep the videos coming.
Andrea Stevenson thanks for your comment. Appreciate any feedback. The polishing shop will have the wheels and compound. Make sure it’s Menzerna compound as that’s the best in my opinion.
I’m not a watch guy. I’ve owned one good one and it’s a seiko skx for me. I want more and higher end like most. I also don’t own too many tools. I used a leather man and all was good until I slipped and the teeth of the players went through the tape. Womp womp womp. But this help a lot!!
a1topdog hi , polishing machine is from Parkside which is a brand offered in Lidi a supermarket chain in Europe. Cost me £20 which insane! Lidi only sell tools for a week or so and then sell the next tool. This one will come around again at some point and when it does I will be buying quite a few to offer for sale.
Hmmm...true if the wearer plans on keeping the watch forever then it doesn’t matter and if the watch case is in really bad shape then it probably makes sense. The one you have there is a divers watch and a tool watch which looks like it’s been really used. On the other hand, it would be preferable to keep the edges as sharp as possible like the way the manufacturer produced the case.
Christian Gonzalez I’m sure your familiar with what I do which is saving Seikos from certain death. On this occasion I was asked by a friend if I could refinish the case as I had been fixing some issues with the movement. I know a few professionals who part of their service charge refinish cases.

Briliant Job mate :) Cant wait to see it on my wrist
And it soon will Alan!
came up really nice! Great job. I'd rather my watch be restored like this than all scratched up.
Thank you, I really appreciate your comment.
Great job, I don't mind refinished watches if they are refinished right, especially if it's for daily wear
Thanks, it means allot from you sir.
Fantastic! 👍😊

Çok güzel bir video teşekkürler.
I can not find the yellow sanding foam bar in the links? Great job, thanks!
Sorry but I can’t source them. They were for ladies fingernails. So just anything with a fine abrasive on some sponge backing
Incredible! WoW
Very informative. Can you share some details on your polishing machine, make, model, supplier, cost?
