How to use a magic wand portable scanner

I bought it thinking I can scan my 12x12 scrapbook pages. But it looks smaller than 12x12. I got mine off of HSN last year and now I have finally taken it out of the box and scanned my 8x10 scrapbook pages from my finished albums.

You can take scans of different sections of larger photos, and then stitch them together in Photoshop or another program.

Why not just take a photo with your smartphone? Also if you want to copy a large format article from a newspaper or magazine, a quick photo will do the job. All this can still be uploaded to a computer.

I have tried just take a photo with your smartphone but the turned out bad~~

I do take pictures from Smart phone, but scanning is better to copy older photos, or if you have documents it is easier to scan then take a picture.
