Executioner is so broken with teleport device. I did math on a calculator to see how much damage the SPAS-12 with mastery Executioner can do, so each pellet does like 538 damage per headshot, i thought about boosting the damage with the Teleport Device, then used a calculator to add in the Teleport Device's damage boost and the answer is a WHOPPING 1370 headshot damage per pellet, making Executioner combined with Teleport Device possibly the most op Operative combo loadout in the entire game.

for better context u get mastery by leveling up your operative which can be leveled up by killing enemies and drinking potions or serum
