Well Barrie or Orillia aren't too far from innisfil right ;) I think the 'Orbit' development is very ambitious and it will take much longer than anticipated to complete. I know it's been approved by certain levels of the government but it's not in full force yet. There's also so many other parts to consider I think to transform that land to how they depicted it in the renderings is going to take anywhere from 8-15+ yrs. It's cool to talk about, but realistically scale and design of the project when it comes down to it is much more complicated than regular development so. It'd be super cool and feel like a futuristic city but - for only 150,000 residents it would be almost 3 times the size the city of barrie. I wouldnt be suprised if the starting prices were set pretty high what about you?
