In the U.S. all Honda Rebels were 250cc, except for the 2 year only 450 model. But almost everywhere else they were available as a 125, due to licensing restrictions. That is definitely NOT a U.S. Rebel, the engine is completely different, as well as the paint scheme. The handlebars are the same as '85-'87 U.S. Rebel 250s, but this is a 1992. No Rebels were sold in the U.S. in '92.
