Perfect Okay Chicken Biriyani

Marination process
Chicken 1-1/2 kg
Coriander leaves
Green chilli 5 pcs
Mint leaves
Curd 1 spoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt 2 tsp
mix well and keep 30 min for rest
Masala preparation
fry the chicken (shallow fry)
add oil to the pan
Onion 5 pcs sliced
add 1 tsp salt
green thilli 3 pcs
ginger garlic crushed
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp
garam masala powder 1 spoon
curd 1 spoon
Tomatoes 3 sliced
add coriander leaves
add shallow fried chicken to the masala
add salt to taste
close the pan and cook in slim flare
Rice preparation
Add ghee to the pan
fry all spices
then fry the basmati rice 3 glass( soaked)
add salt to taste
add 6 glass hot water and cook in slim flare
Dum process
add first layer in chicken masala
second layer boiled rice
add rose water with saffron
fried cashew nut & raisins
add mint leaves & coriander leaves
close the pan and cook 10 min with slim flare
