People who complain about Turbo having "too much" screen time must never have seen an episode of Happy Together. Happy Together have this thing where they invite the cast of some movie or TV Show they're trying to promote plus a few people as seat fillers, and come up with a theme that fits both the promoters and the seat fillers. In this episode, Turbo was promoting for their new album, so I'm sure the rest of the guests after seeing who else is appearing on this episode came while knowing that they came as seat fillers. If T-ara or Chaeyeon came to promote something I'm sure you will be seeing a lot of them, so please stop complaining about it and let the rest of us enjoy seeing Turbo after a long time.

I came to watch this because of KJK and I enjoyed watching the interviews with Turbo, but I feel bad for Chaeyeon and T-ara. Btw, I can imagine how Cha Tae Hyun said, "Do you really need two rappers?" haha.. and KJK impersonated him quite well :D
At first, I was SO worried about Jongkook when Turbo reunited together. This interview also confirmed all my suspicions about Jungnam. He really is, just, the type that craves fame and money to the point of insanity. After 18 years of not contacting, suddenly he contacted Jongkook when Jongkook is at his peak? Lol, right. Then Mikey, is the type of person that brings all of his problems to public. Really, attention-seeking style/loves to display people's bad behaviors kinda style. So, these two made me worried about Jongkook, because Jongkook is honestly just the kindest ever. I was worried that he just accepted them with his mega sized heart and trusted them blindly. But! A lot of people knew about Turbo from their childhood especially when Mikey was a member so people would still be interested to re-listen to a group from their childhood even if Jongkook was less popular but there’s no chance of that bcs Jongkook stayed in the entertainment industry while the rest didn’t do much almost nothing for that amount of time. I love how YJS calls KJN out on his bs. KJN always boasts that he can do something others say is hard. On Infinity challenge he said he could sing KJK's parts in the turbo songs and on this show he says he can dance and sing at the same time. Both times, YJS asked him to demonstrate and KJN bombed both times. Something about KJN bothers me. I think it's the lack of humility. Antares Kubera I didn't criticize KJN's dancing. I criticized KJN's tendency to boast he can do things when he actually can't. I've watched Turbo's other recent interviews too and KJN does the same thing each time. He'll say he felt ashamed taking KJK's offer except for the way KJK phrased the offer as working together. Then he'll go on and behave/talk in a way that makes me not like him. The examples are too many to list. Maybe it's because it's been a while for KJN. KJK and KJN were together for less than two years yet KJK felt compelled to be thankful to KJN and help him. The reality is that KJN abandoned KJK for selfish reasons. Even on HC, KJN admitted he didn't think of KJK for 10 years while KJN was making money and having fun. KJN didn't even pay attention to KJK (he didn't know how popular KJK was - how could he not know?) until he needed help 18 yrs later yet KJK still felt he should help him. KJN might be boasting as a joke, but in my opinion, it doesn't come off well. His pouting over KJK's popularity and snide jealous remarks about Mikey are just immature. If he was in his early 20s, that kind of humor might fly, but at his age, it just looks sad. KJN doesn't seem to have grown up at all. At first, I was SO worried about Jongkook when Turbo reunited together. This interview also confirmed all my suspicions about Jungnam. He really is, just, the type that craves fame and money to the point of insanity. After 18 years of not contacting, suddenly he contacted Jongkook when Jongkook is at his peak? Lol, right. Then Mikey, is the type of person that brings all of his problems to public. Really, attention-seeking style/loves to display people's bad behaviors kinda style. So, these two made me worried about Jongkook, because Jongkook is honestly just the kindest ever. I was worried that he just accepted them with his mega sized heart and trusted them blindly. But! Yay to him, him reminding the other two over and over again that they really are just riding his coattails. If it wasn't for Jongkook's fame, Turbo wouldn't even reach as much recognition as they used to have right now. Thank the Lord that Jongkook is kind, but not naive. I'm at ease now, yep.

You’re actually taking it too far. I get the first bit but why wouldn’t Mikey be mad for being replaced with someone who wanted fame more than anything on the Infinite challenge show. Also this is a show where they tease people a lot. A lot of this is exaggerated so I don’t know why you’re taking it personally. Also Turbo is Turbo and Jungkook is Jongkook. A lot of people knew about Turbo from their childhood especially when Mikey was a member so people would still be interested to re-listen to a group from their childhood even if Jongkook was less popular but there’s no chance of that bcs Jongkook stayed in the entertainment industry while the rest didn’t do much almost nothing for that amount of time. Maybe if they did something they’d be popular too.

I love how YJS calls KJN out on his bs. KJN always boasts that he can do something others say is hard. On Infinity challenge he said he could sing KJK's parts in the turbo songs and on this show he says he can dance and sing at the same time. Both times, YJS asked him to demonstrate and KJN bombed both times. Something about KJN bothers me. I think it's the lack of humility. Or maybe it's that he ran out on JK 18 years ago but acts like he didn't and actually seems to resent that Turbo/JK survived without him.

I see what you mean but having seen Turbo recent performances, I think KJN did a good job singing while dancing. He could go through 5 songs which is a great improvement since Totoga. He said that he felt ashamed when KJK offered to reband Turbo with him and only accepted because KJK insisted. KJK trusts him so let's give him a chance. We don't even know the full story.
Antares Kubera I didn't criticize KJN's dancing. I criticized KJN's tendency to boast he can do things when he actually can't. I've watched Turbo's other recent interviews too and KJN does the same thing each time. He'll say he felt ashamed taking KJK's offer except for the way KJK phrased the offer as working together. Then he'll go on and behave/talk in a way that makes me not like him. The examples are too many to list. Maybe it's because it's been a while for KJN. Hopefully, KJN'll settle down and develop a filter. I like KJK and I like the music. I just hope KJK protects himself well.
+segoi11 You should watch some of their story in the past in Healing Camp. KJK told that he felt that bond in that time when they met again after 18 years. That he couldnt forget how KJN took good care of him in their suffer time, when they are dont have money even starved, how they just could bought 2 bowls of rice and 1 bowl of soup/kimchi (something like that) to share between them. They was worn out and exhausted. They dont dont make much money over their over load works and fame. People think they are rich that time when they didnt. They even got scolded over their food bills by their leech company. After they are run away for 6 months, I think thats what got in to KJN why then listen for people advice or thinking to make own money for him self. Who want to do over load works but dont get good money for that?
KJN said why he never tried to contact KJK in that 18 years that because he felt apologized for left KJK in that bad place alone. And he doesnt want to contact KJK when he doesnt has anything that make him just want to take advantage of KJK's fame. KJK also said that he never tried to contact KJN either coz of felt apologized, think KJN dont like him. In IC he said that he felt empty when sing Turbo songs with another people, but with KJN he felt he can trust him. We dont really know whats actually happened in the past. But for me its seems between them there;s strong bond that we might cant understand.
About KJN habit to boasting, I think thats actually funny. And thats just his character to do joke. KJK said that in Healing Camp, when people surprised and laughed so hard he already expected that. Because thats what his KJN hyung that he knew since 18 years ago. And he is still not change. And KJN actually not really boasting about his dancing when singing. Because he did it so well in their live performance. I watched their old videos as well. And they did very great dance when singing performance. Riana ZeinF Wow. Nice long synopsis. Actually, i did watch healing camp. I think it shows more of how good a person KJK is rather than anything else. KJK and KJN were together for less than two years yet KJK felt compelled to be thankful to KJN and help him. The reality is that KJN abandoned KJK for selfish reasons. Even on HC, KJN admitted he didn't think of KJK for 10 years while KJN was making money and having fun. KJN didn't even pay attention to KJK (he didn't know how popular KJK was - how could he not know?) until he needed help 18 yrs later yet KJK still felt he should help him. KJN might be boasting as a joke, but in my opinion, it doesn't come off well. His pouting over KJK's popularity and snide jealous remarks about Mikey are just immature. If he was in his early 20s, that kind of humor might fly, but at his age, it just looks sad. KJN doesn't seem to have grown up at all. People can like him, but to me he just comes off in a bad light and has for every interview I've seen him in. Healing camp, sketchbook, happy together...If you like him, good for you. I'm happy that their meeting at least got KJK singing again. I was just voicing my opinion that had been bubbling in me since watching all of those interviews.

Hyomin is also good when she go to variety show. However she is often shy at the beginning and just bring out some funny jokes at an unexpected moment.

I wouldn't interpret it that way entirely, perhaps part of it was what they mentioned, "greed," but if you watch the episode of Healing Camp with Jong Kook, it's actually explained that there was a lot of trouble with their contracts and the company. Given how complicated these can become and the pressure you get from the media, leaving is quite understandable, because while the commotion is going on, they are no different from being suspended, which means no income. And they only debuted for two years then, so their income wouldn't be high in the first place, despite popularity, because the share of money in exchange for fame will have been shockingly low, so they couldn't have even saved up. Being a little considerate, it's understandable why he left.

If you pay attention to the old clips they show. You'll notice that back then idols were more natural because plastic surgery apparently wasn't a thing yet. They also look tanner with their natural skin color. Some of them weren't that handsome but nowadays it's all about plastic surgery and looking as pale as you can, that's kinda sad.

Just to clarify everyone about the poll with T-ara and Beyonce and why Yoo Jae Suk made a huge deal about beating Beyonce despite the poll being unofficial. It's because for several years in a row, not a single kpop group or solo artist have beaten Beyonce in the same exact poll, then all the sudden this year, T-ara beat her by 6 times more votes. And Beyonce, on average, gets around 200-300k votes every year.
