But according to our texts Dwapara yuga has 864000 years. Just by this we can refute the claim.
If we consider modern theory of yugas according to which one mahayuga has 12960 years(Satya Yuga 5184, Treta yuga 3888,Dwapara yuga 2592,Kaliyuga 1296 years),then too the claim of Nilesh Oak doesn't fall in Treta yuga it falls in Satya Yuga.
