#PuneCase I am from Pune and people are really angry on the justice system. Memes related to this incident are circulating, adults are blaming the pub culture of East Pune and the irregularities of Excise system and Bar system. But mudda ameeron ki niyati ka hai ,justice ka hai, wahi missing hai yaha sadly 😢
+1 to that, there was another incident in Kanpur. He had already killed some people at 14/15. Now he's done it again at 16/17. It's amazing how our system is so forgiving to these dumb kids who are borderline adults.

This is not just an accident in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. It's a murder committed by:
- Corrupt police
- Corrupt system
- Corrupt administration
- Corrupt politicians
- Corrupt businessmen
- Corrupt excise department
- Corrupt showroom owner who delivered the car without registration.
If:
- The pub had closed as per the rules,
-if The pub had not served alcohol to minors as per the rules,
-if The showroom had not delivered the car without registration as per the rules,
- if Parents had not allowed their minor child to drive the car as per the rules,
- if Traffic police had acted on the car,
then these two young lives would not have been lost on road. Might have been spared.
Ordinarily traffic police are quick to penalize us for minor infraction they aggressively fine us for not wearing helmets, not carrying licenses, or PUc certificates. So, why didn't they take action on a flashy car without a number plate speeding on a deserted road at night?
Moreover, when the police arrest the culprit who destroyed two families, they provide him with biryani, pizza, and burgers behind closed doors. The shameless, wealthy brat eats without any guilt for taking two lives.
Does the court work on holidays to deliver justice or to save the accused from punishment? In just a few hours, bail is granted as if presenting a NAZRANA. This is the sentiment.
Two lives were lost, and the court granted bail on a Sunday as if awarding a prize, with conditions like:
- Writing a 300-word essay,
- Taking advice from a psychiatrist,
- Learning traffic rules for 15 days.
More punishment is given in schools. Here, two youngsters died.
-For driving without a license, the penalty is three months imprisonment.
-For underage driving, the penalty is three months imprisonment.
-For drunk driving, the penalty is six months imprisonment.
-For overspeeding, the penalty is one month imprisonment.
Even for traveling without a ticket on a train, the punishment is six months. But for killing 2 youngsters Yet here, bail is granted in 15 hours. Astonishing.
The height of shamelessness is that a legislator comes forward to save the accused and tries to cover up the case. According to Pune Mirror/Punekar News, Vadgaon Sheri MLA Sunil Tingre is the one who tried to fabricate that the accused was not driving, but the eyewitnesses rejected this. If true, such individuals should be expelled from their party.
I don't know the deceased, but this could happen to you or me tomorrow. So, we must speak up. At least, we should stand tall before this hardened system.
The Pune Police Commissioner has taken serious note of the immediate bail granted. Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis has also directed the administration to take strict action against the accused and ordered an investigation into the CCTV footage at the police station. We hope for action and justice!

Bro i live in pali and i am neighbour of anish awadhiya of pune case. Yesterday there was a candle march in our town for him but i dont think that it will give them justice. They belong to lower middle class and i think if they did not get justice atleast the raisjade's family or the government should give them some compensation because he was the only child of his home .

#Punecase: As a law student, it pains my heart to see the dismantled condition of the Indian Justice System especially when it comes to Juvenile Trial..... The Juvenile Justice System comprises of laws which are so vague.... Just take the example of the Nirbhaya case; the juvenile was the most horrific offender but still, many wanted to treat him as a juvenile!!!

@@VizorfamWell, there are certain exceptions.... The Nirbhaya Case really changed the Juvenile Justice System by dropping the minimum age of criminal responsibility from 18 to 16 & only in the 'rarest of the rare' circumstances.
As long as u can prove that the person knew the consequences of his actions, you can run the case against him as adult. But this is only for 16-18 years old. Below 16 will be considered juvenile @@Vizorfam

Actually it was a male nursing officer Satish Kumar who harassed 2 female surgery residents intra operatively. Then he faked psychiatric disturbances and got admitted in psychiatric dept. The police came to protect him from us, the residents and not to arrest him.
On another note, after that nurses organised a strike because someone in the crowd had said something inflammatory about another nurse who fought and verbally abused residents during strike. Nursing association tried to divert the previous matter, and started spreading misinformation that residents are trying to defame nurses even though no one said it, just to divert public attention from this incident.

1) In the first case, on May 19, a 17 year old driving Porche knocked down two motorbike riders in Pune's Kalyani Nagar, leading to their deaths. The police have alleged that the juvenile was drunk at the time of the accident. Initially, the Juvenile Justice Board granted him bail on two conditions but due to mass outrage and the Pune police challenging the bail order, the juvenile's bail was cancelled by the board and sent him to a rehabilitation/ observation home till June 5. After uproar on social media platforms, the teenager's father, Vishal Agarwal, who is a real estate developer, was arrested & sent to police custody till May 24.
2. In the second case, On October 1, 2021, Rajkanya Baruah was returning from an event late at night during lockdown breaking the curfew rules, in an inebriated condition & she hit eight labourers at Rukminigaon area in Guwahati. 7 people were severely injured and 1 person died. When caught, she misbehaved with the police officials. She was granted bail within a few hours but police arrested her again after some days and kept her in custody for 62 days.
The Gauhati HC then ordered Rajkanya Baruah to be released on bail of Rs. 50,000. ONLY 62 DAYS OF POLICE CUSTODY FOR TAKING AN INNOCENT'S LIFE?
3. In the third case, A tragic accident on Feb 24 claimed the lives of two young men when a speeding Mercedes, driven by Ritika alias Ritu Dinesh Malu (39), crashed into their Activa scooter on Ram Jhula. Notably, the accused driver, from an esteemed family in Nagpur, was granted bail within 24 hrs of the incident. WHAT ABOUT THE JUSTICE OF THE FAMILES IN THE OTHER TWO CASES? ARE LAWS DIFFERENT FOR WOMEN?

#PuneCase In all such incidents it is mostly the fault of the parents and other members of the house who have given a free hand to the 17yr old... Frankly I don't think it is his fault ... If you give a machine gun to a 5yr old and he guns down 10ppl would you really blame him... The father and grandfather should be held responsible and serve the time at least until the media has their eye on the case... Pretty soon the media will stop covering it and they will make bail mocking the "justice system"

The first one happened when I was in sixth standard. A classmate of mine asked me how I "ended up" in this country. The second one came from my teacher. She was discussing about ways to tackle terrorism and she literally looked and pointed at me saying "these jihadis" know it better. Trust me it tears me apart from inside when I face such horrible questions and assumptions on myself just bcz I belong to a certain ethnicity. It's really funny how My name is Khan used to be a movie for me but now the dialogue "I am not a terrorist" hits differently.

#PuneCase Sir The justice system of this country is nothing but a joke. I and my Father were betten up by none other than a sitting judge off duty with two other hooligans just because my father wanted to keep working in a shop who's rent we were paying for almost 50 years to his father and then him but at one point first he refused to take rent money then he started blackmailing my father to leave the shop and once he didn't left then the judge decided to beat us up and even took things this far that he blamed us that we have attempted to murder him. We spend days in jail, my mother and sister cried and requested him to let us out so he did but after all the blackmailing once we unwilling leaving our 50 years old shop then he Finally decided to lift up the case and the funny part is there is this thing called bar association which controls everything even the decision and time so as i said, justice system is nothing but a big joke.
Please share my story and if needed I'll provided every documentation related to this if you want to prove that I'm telling the truth 🙏
