@starionpatrol They should make him a full member of the band and he's been with them since 1994 and he was on the original recording of Runaway and various of other tracks before then. I'm sure he gets a very nice paycheck from them so I don't he's complaining. He's in some of the videos but not in others. He is a great bass player and should be a full member of the band.
@Guitarman5150 Cos Alec was never officailly replace technically Huey isnt an official member of the band................... But he's in some of the stuff............ Like the All About Lovin' You video!! And in fairness at the shows Hugh does get a fair bit of credit!! And Jon said Tico and Huey are in his monitors every night!!!!! HUUUUGEEEEEEEEEEEE MCDONALD!!!
Believe it or not, I performed on stage with the Band of the West Midlands Fire Service at the beginning of this track at Manchester Maine Road for 'The Fat Lady Sings' Tour. Beat that.
Poor hugh :p He's so much less rockstar-like than the others in their concerts :p I hope he's comfortable with his position, though, I mean, they rarely include him as "one of the five" like they did with Alec.. I think Alec fit in very well, and I liked him, but I think Hugh is the superior bass player :p
You do realize that it's the actual music video of lay your hands on me you got on your favourites? it's made of several concert clips, yes, but mine is from a live concert so of course it doesn't sound the same as the music video..
