I've taken wall-Paper down simply by using a Spray Bottle with water & it Peeled right off. I don't think they used extra adhesive when they applied it so it came off easily & the Water wasn't hot that I used! It was room temperature! Coming there sounds Amazing for the Activities! However; for Your Safety reason's a "MEET & GREET" sound's better! Give Us enough time to plan the VIsit to get Good Flight Rates! I have a Credit that I need to use before April! The Views are Absolutely Breath Taking! 🤗😘🙌
Sometimes old boarder will pull right off. If not spray with water lightly, and scrape it off. Looks like the couch in the trailer makes into a bed. Great for company. You could get a love seat cover instead of replacing it. Just a thought. Your trailer got so cold because the temperature was set on 64. Lol Beautiful day in the desert ❤

I see a lot of under utilized space with the hallway near the bathroom door. That space from the doorway to the exterior wall could be included in the bedroom as a closet.

I bought the Delta Pro w/ an extra battery (7.2kwh) on sale for $3400 and used it on my trailer and it worked great. Ran it for 4 hrs w/ 1800w a/c and still had 70% left in total. Probably could’ve ran it for 5-6 more hours. I also bought the Predator 5000w generator on sale for $929 and use it around my land and to recharge the EcoFlow batteries.

You guys are doing great work, Rome wasn't built in a day but as long as you are moving forward. Don't know about a homestead party onsite, may not be safe to do so.
