First time I heard Jam Pony was on top of a mountain in Germany back in 1989. We just got a brand new private who had a sony walkman killing them shitz.....I was like give me that fkng walkman private and stfu. Been hooked ever since. LMAO. I bought a 89 Mustang GT and would hit the Autobahn wide the hell open cranking jam pony and "The Wizard" from Detroit.....Good times

I grew up in Hollywood, FLA and we used to roll to the Carol City flea market and grab the silks and some JPE tapes. OFF the chain bumping those tapes in the ride.
Got hooked on JPE back in 1988 living in O'town (Orlando) riding in my girlfriend's best friend's Toyota Celica. System was boss back then and I was bumpin all through the Pork-n-Bean, Parramore, Church Street Station,etc. I couldn't get enuf back then, and I still can't find any other DJ's that can bump it like the Pony Boyz!!! More memories than a mofo!!

I lived in Tampa and year was 1988/1989 and friend of mine had low rider Toyota Corolla and he played this . Many years since I've heard this . The tapes he had had so much bass it would blow your speakers if you had cheap setup . I had Orion HCCA series 2 12's and HCCA 250 amp . In 1993 I had 1991 Grand Am 4 door , tinted windows illegal as he'll and front windshield and a mirror tint also illegal . I added sunroof , foglights , TV in middle dash air vent , Sega game under passenger seat and vcr in the trunk . It hit like no tomorrow . Definitely a back massager . Pretty fly for a white guy . Miss Jam Pony Express and 2 Live Crew ...
