On top of that, he's kicked off the company health insurance, and if you know anything about US healthcare then you know that brings lots of problems with it. I'm not too familiar with the US corporate structure, but I think this is what they meant.

I feel like (and hope that) Smosh is the kind of company that has a mandated aftercare session after something like this to reassure the roastee that they’re loved and accepted and that jokes are jokes. Which is honestly really sweet.
I think because most of the people who are part of the funerals have experience with stand up comedy or improv, they know that these are just for show. And from what we've seen Smosh is tight with each other that's why even the people behind the camera, the crew, know so well about the cast and vice versa.
Here after the Smosh Cast episode with Garrett. I think he mentioned something along the lines of "I operate at best when I'm the butt of the joke." and I genuinely felt bad for him. Purely platonic compliment: Chanse's blond wig puts the focus on his eyes and makes them look like an amazingly cool amber/golden color. Maybe they always are and the wig just made it more obvious, but I didn't notice until he wore the wig.

Purely platonic compliment: Chanse's blond wig puts the focus on his eyes and makes them look like an amazingly cool amber/golden color. Maybe they always are and the wig just made it more obvious, but I didn't notice until he wore the wig.
It's has always been a struggle for me to be purely platonic when looking into Chanse's eyes.

Damien's because it's clear the cast can't stand him and it felt cruel to watch, and Garrett's because he\s clearly been let go from the company and it all feels way too personal.

I have never felt so genuinely sad and uncomfy and icky watching one of these. 😬 I usually love the funeral roasts because they are always in good fun, but idk for some reason this one felt different. Might be just a perception issue and I genuinely hope that's the case and that Garrett got some real belly laughs and a good time out of it. I hope we get to see more of him, but it didn't sound like it 😢😢
