I grew up playing NFSU2 and watching Initial D.Music and timing is everything, and this absolute legend mastered it.For me, this is the best content on TH-cam. i have actually never seen anyone drift a 90 horsepower car, mainly cuz it aint easy but this guy makes it look easy witch is just insane keep up the good work 💪
Drifting a low horsepower car needs a lot of skill to break traction and hold it for drifts, but because he has plenty of simulator time, he can make it happen

As someone who had a race track recently next to him closed because of karens complaining about noise, and I started a an E46 drift project, this video is super helpful.

This is really awesome to see 4:56 One observation, I can tell you came from an underpowered sim wheelbase. Your habit is thinking you need to ‘assist’ the wheel rotating but you’ll find you mostly need to guide and grab the wheels natural rotation in time. This is where a 12Nm+ direct drive wheelbase is worth the money. Creates better habits and closer match to your real car. I had to relearn going from a Thrustmaster TMX Pro setup to a 15Nm Cammus DD base.

Where have i been all this time? Just like you ben i loved drifting since i was a kid from nfs games to fast furious and topping it off with initial d. Although i dont have the money to build a drift car or a sim setup I’ve always watched videos of people drifting irl and in game and most irl vids i see is usually a bmw or a beaten up car. You instead have that beautiful r31 and a 350z that nowadays i only see clean builds and never driving it to it’s potential but you managed to make it clean and drift it. Definitely new sub

You’re doing what I’ve always dreamt of bro, I wanted to TH-cam gaming when I was younger, loved cars as kids, had U2 and Most wanted and all the rest, never knew anything about cars apart from basics and what I wanted and I didn’t have anyone to teach me until I met people through my teenage years and got my first car back in 2020 and have taught myself a shit load too. Have been trying on and off (with a lot of preventatives in between) to get myself a drift car and to the track because i probably have just as many hours through my mates simulator (I’m waiting to buy a full on rig of my own) and I was garbage at first but I still had the knack for it as I could already somewhat steer just never drifted properly on a road but the simulator took my driving from embarrassing to honestly competitive and I’m confident it’ll translate to the track. I’m moving to WA (again) hopefully by the end of this year, I’d love to send it all the way down to Adelaide just to drift with you, idc what it takes. By then hopefully I’ll have a name for myself, if not, the plan itself will. Cheers Benny if you actually ready this
