ok this was interesting! I did the pastels fairly light and I really need to up my game and get some of those gelly roll glitter pens. I do have older gel pens and some are glittery but I sure wish I had that pretty pink one!
I have never heard of these or seen videos with anyone using them. They sound interesting, I will look into them. Do they bleed through the pages of colouring books?
@@RachelHendersonColouring no they don’t bleed. Check Colouring with K for examples. The gel crayons are cheap and easy to use. I can send you a picture of my space page if you like. Just let me know where to send it. The brushes are also called ink blending brushes used with stamping ink pads like Distress Ink.

why don't you use your panpastels ? I cannot stand touching chalk pastels so I am thinking picking up the pure color panpastels 20 set . For sketching and coloring . love your coloring looks amazing as normal . Happy coloring

King Art or Silky gel crayons applied with a handled craft brush would be much easier than soft pastels! No need for blending or sealing.

I only have 3 pan pastels, a pearlescent white, very pale silver and a gold so they do not always work for the picture. I do use them sometimes.

I have been told after a while it can discolour and yellow the picture so I am reluctant to use it. Maybe it depends on the brand?
