- Rajasthani Bajre ka Dhokla Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Bajra flour (one cup)
2. Besan (4-5 spoons)
3. Chopped green coriander
4. Ginger garlic crushed
5. Green chili finely chopped
6. Peanut oil (2 tablespoons)
7. Baking soda (2 teaspoons)
8. Salt (as per the taste)
9. Fennel seeds (2 teaspoons)
10. Coriander seeds (2 teaspoons)
11. Cumin seeds (2 teaspoons)
12. Red chili powder as per the taste
13. Turmeric powder (2 teaspoons)

Bina soda ke fluffy nahi banenge..Atta thoda soft ghunthe aur ghunthte time tel jyada dale to itne hard nahi banenge..

Thanks for the recipe. The recipe is good except, I would omit baking soda. For my family the taste of baking soda ruined the recipe. I will try again without the baking soda.

Bajre ka aAta grams m ktna h, oil ktna table spoon lena h,bajre ka aata sogre wala bareek lena h ya mota dardara wala
Gas ki flame kis pe rakhani hai, High, medium Ya low.
Flame medium to high rakh sakte hain...kyuki ye bhaap me pakte hain isliye jalne ke koi chances nahi hain..
Ye sabji ke saath khate hai ya sirf yesehi
Daal ya kadhi ke sath serve kiya jata hai..aise bhi kha sakte hain
क्या तेल की जगह देसी घी यूज़ कर सकते है?
Ghee bhi kar sakte hain par traditionally moongfali ka tel dala jata hai...
ager kise paas pani me sim kerne ka saden na to
Aap kisi bhi steel ki kadai me steel ki chain rakh kar kar sakte ho ha idli stand ho to usme
