Last night I woke up around 1 am due to stress I tried to go back to sleep many times but i couldn’t , an hour passed still no sleep. So I decided to put two of your yt videos on “sing you to sleep ” with a stop timer so it wouldn’t play throughout the night and under 35 minutes I fell asleep. I woke up on time feeling energetic around 6:30 am.
