Truth. Some still healing and recovering aren't quite ready for that yet though. Sometimes they just need someone to listen so they feel heard and seen, even understood. Like telling someone depression is self centered and they need to get out of self sometimes. Only during healing and recovery is this kind of selfish ok. Otherwise being selfish or self centered is toxic for self and others around you. Thin line. Heal and recover safely. 🥰✌️💕☺️
