I worked in Madame Tussauds New York City as a hairdresser, painter and wardrobe specialist on the wax figures. On the very top of the museum we have a studio where we take care of them everyday. That was the best job that I ever had but it was also one of the creepiest.

I don't insult ghosts, use Ojai boards ect., I was with some friends at a lighthouse, got pushed really hard, fell in the concrete, got a broken right shoulder/arm. My friends were 10 or 15 feet away from me. If I could get into my locked phone I could show you pictures taken that night. I showed them to a preacher & while I was cleaning the church he did something to my phone that locked me out of it because he didn't want proof that ghosts are real. I've been back to that lighthouse many times. I found out that a man was found dead in the Keeper's house across the street from the lighthouse. He'd been there at least a month or so before he was found, also wearing 3 sets of clothes. He'd been shot. I have a short video up where you can see a black hooded ghost looking into my friends sliding glass window. Also in the reflection of a glass cabinet you can see a weird ghost. I started taken pictures when his dogs started to act funny. We had just come back from visiting that lighthouse. But you're right, about looking out for some people, over 'most' ghosts.
I have never seen a figure of Marilyn that comes close to what she looked like...her face had a beautiful sweetness that cannot ever be captured in a sculpture...but many of these sculptures are quite amazing
Madame Tussaud’s wax museums are incredible! I visited the one in London in 1972. Unbelievable! I sat down on a bench next to what I thought was a wax figure. He suddenly stood up and I screamed. Embarrassed! You know you’ve made it if you make it into Madame Tussaud’s. Thanks for this most enjoyable video!

I love wax museums. in Niagara falls Canada they have a bunch of them. this one though I think is better just cause you can interact with them. I think ET was my favorite although Indiana Jones was cool too. thanks for sharing and congrats on 12k
Steady shots and great picture quality, nice. We've been to Madame Tussauds Amsterdam, a few days before the Corona closedown. I've made a video for those that are interested in MT Amsterdam. It's called "80 statues" and has almost all statues with names. Off course a real life visit to Madame Tussauds is always better but if you aren't able to visit MT Amsterdam you can get a good impression this way. Greetings from the Netherlands and stay safe. 👋

Why I love Tussauds. Most wax museums put their figures behind ropes, but there, you can pose with them, get up close. So much more fun.

I know a company making wax sculptures for the Madame Tussauds, Grand Orient Wax Art. Their wax sculptures can almost cheat your eyes!
I've just googled Grand Orient Wax Art and their waxworks look terrible! They're not as good as Madame Tussaud's waxworks!
