This was my first time reading thru the Old Testament and I have really enjoyed it and have learned so much! I absolutely love all the specialists, professors and educators you have included in each podcast! Thank you for the wonderful gift that you are to many of your followers! I know now that the God of the Old Testament is a god of many chances. He loves his children and wants so badly to bless us and to have him back with him. I am so glad for that knowledge and gives me hope for my own future! Bless you for your work!!! Merry Christmas to everyone!

“Things go South when you start looking sideways”…man I needed to hear this today. My friends and I had a pity party detailing all the good things happening to some people we know who either left the Church or aren’t as faithful covenant keepers because we judgingly know what covenenat keepers loook like 😂. This was just humbling and also calming to know that I don’t have to be jealous, I just need to be faithful and focus on MY relationship with my maker.❤❤❤

What a great study group! Great breadth and depth of connections, very helpful to my understanding. And this was a surprise gift, it’s been nine years but your voice is just as I remember Sister Morgan :)

The thought just occurred to me, I’m sure not original, that when the Lord says we have robbed him, perhaps he is not speaking only of the material goods we have retained, but that we have also deprived or robbed Him of the opportunity to bless us. I’m sure that is the greater loss for Him-and for us also because it means we fundamentally misunderstand His true nature as one who desires mightily to inundate us with His love.

This was a beautiful discussion and a glorious way to end this years study. However, I was surprised you didn’t present the modern day vernacular for, “prove me now herewith sainthood the Lord…,” especially since it is Christmas time. I have always told my children that this is a great lesson in the Bible because it’s the only place the Lord dares us to obey His commandments. In fact he , “breaches etiquette and goes right to the triple dog dare!” In essence the Lord wants to bless you so much He “triple dog dares” you to pay tithing and just see if he won’t bless you.!
    Merry Christmas and happy declaration’s.
Such a great class and year of study may you all be blessed for your hard work

It hurts to hear people who are so callus to be thankful.

And if you are willing says the Lord, he (John the Baptist) is Elijah who is to come. He who has ears to hear, let him hear. Matthew 11:14. Also, Matthew 17:10-13 Jesus also speaks to His disciples and tells them Elijah has come already, the power and spirit of Elijah is upon John the Baptist. In Luke 1:17 tells how Elijah's spirit and power will turn the fathers to their children and will make ready the people for the coming of the Lord!! Jesus is sufficient!!!
