LIFE - Poem written by Henry Van Dyke is explained in very simple Tamil to help students understand the meaning of the poem easily, in just 6 minutes. This is a memory poem given in 10th std. English textbook.
POEM - Summary:-
-----------------------------
In the first stanza, the poet wants to live his life to the fullest, always looking ahead and progressing with a willing soul, towards his goal without any distraction. He just wants to live in the present, and not mourn for the past or fear about the uncertain future. He wants to have a happy heart and fulfill all his duties and continue a cheerful life.
In the second stanza, the poet is determined to live a happy life, even he had to face challenges or hardships. He will keep trying to gain new friendship, thrilling adventure and a crown (fame / power ) in the same way when he was just a boy. He will continue his quest and hopes the end of his life / search will be the best.
