@@GarageStrengthhi dane mind if i request , can you do a video (traning and in theory) how strong some one needs to be to achive indian movie hero strength like in dabanng ,RRR and others. How would some one need to train to throw a guy with one hand and do all the stunts and then dance foe 3 hours straight .Not a troll post ,just curious and thought you can tackle it .Thanks

Big fam of your content. I disagree about your assessment of endurance training requirements for rugby though. Especially in pre season. The ability to recover quickly between high intensity bouts even while not completely at rest but at low to moderate intensity movement is super important. It won’t matter what sort of impulse an athlete can generate if they can’t express that fitness when it matters.
