My grip with this alter is, I'm used to his original "job" as a sniper, so I expect him to be able to hit aerial unit. Sadly not so, although he uses two shotguns as his arsenal.
Not a single banner has ever scammed me so harshly. In 145 pulls I got six 6* characters (two of which were Ines, Surtr, mizuki, ho'olheyak and gnosis) and only at the end I finally got this dude. I don’t even know whether to cry or laugh.
It's quite interesting that you don't put the 2nd skill priority mastery, because i think 2nd skill is also his main skill, i see him on M8-6 solo upper side with skill 2 and become infinite because of aggro, the more enemy the longer skill is become.
He is pretty good, but a bit unfortunate to get slipped inbetween 2 great banners. I only got a few Orundum left to pull for Eyja so Imma skip him, but if you have some free pulls still saved up then better off spending it on this guy. It will be worth it I promise.

Both have their uses, I agree. On normal condition, Stainless S2 requires 3.5s to restore 1 SP on any operator. With 2 of them on FedEx, that's 2 SP per 3.5s. But Stainless S2 could be activated (it will decrease SP charge interval from 3.5s to 2s) for 30s duration. So yeah, it can be better than S3, but requires both devices slapped on FedEx and need to be activated first. On the other hand, if we use Stainless S3 instead, FedEx will shoot the device every 1.3s. That's 2.6s for 2 SP then, in addition to healing per hit. All with a single device (so one other device can be placed somewhere else... Maybe you also brought Thorns or Chongyue along on another lane). The problem is S3 will cause FedEx to keep shooting on the device and wasting his ammo. That said, we could also opt to turn off FedEx skill (I assume you're using S3M3) and let him recharge for the next waves he need that skill on (24 hits x 1.3 atk interval = 31.2s to fully recharge). TLDR: - S2 requires both devices slapped on FedEx for it to be better than S3. - S2 must be active for the devices to regenerate SP faster. Without it, S3 is still better on FedEx. - S3 will restore FedEx's SP in addition of healing. And only 1 device is needed. - S3 will make FedEx waste his ammo if not used correctly. You can opt to cancel FedEx's skill instead so he could recharge with the device.

According to CN wiki, the direct damage increases from 260% to 300% and the splash damage increases from 120% to 150%. It's not a bad increase, but just remember that the turret is still just an extra DPS, and not really the main source of DPS. So don't expect it to kill boss for you (...that is, unless you're using some specific operators like Qiubai, who CAN turn those S3 turrets into murderbots against bosses). That said, if you're using the turrets just to activate Chongyue + FedEx skill, no need to M3 it. It's good enough at L1, let alone L7 or M3.
I kinda had plans to get Eyja on February so I pulled for FedEx but now I regret it because people keep saying Eyja is coming in like 2 weeks because moving schedules.
Eyja was never moved, idk who told you that but Anniversary is one of the few things that they can't move, and Eyja Alter is during our Anni, so it was always Mid-January. You might have confused her with Typhon who is pushed to at least Late February.

I still can't understand his S3 and attack stacks. It says each time ammo is consumed he gains 6% attack but he can never have 30 ammo right? Does his double hit count as 2 and grant 2 stacks or is it just impossible to reach 30 stacks?
Take note that mini event characters don't rerun in Arknights. Just like Mlynar, Typhon won't get a rerun while Fedex can rerun since he's a normal event character.

But if you skip Typhon's debut banner, there won't be any future banners providing the same odds and safety net of getting her.
I pulled executor alter in 10 pulls but one key thing humus that makes the 4 star a lot better in my opinion is that humus produces barriar at e1 and e2 with every attack that has him at full health and mix that with his defense then not a single non arts inflicting weak enemy can do anything about, and not to mention his skill 2 alows humus to cut through a suprising amount of high defense enemies as iv watched him solo 2 armed militants anter putting down several heavy defenders
Don't pull him if you: - Have DPS - Have lane holders - Already built LaPluma or Highmore (Especially LaPluma) - Don't like Executor/Alter - Won't be going for an Ammo User or LateranoKnights Nicheknights gameplay - Have problem with armored enemies instead of waves He is good, but not a must pull. The more of the above you have, the more useless he is to you. Save for Typhon instead.

He can solo a lot of map that other reaper or laneholder can only dream of. - You don’t even has to go for rare niche as he is only second to ling in low op clear. Is the most use guard in guradknight clear - it’s fine if you don’t like him but at least get the stat and fact right pls
