I'm definitely planning on getting Ines. I already have Bagpipe which makes Ines that much stronger, and I've found myself borrowing her as Support more than just about any other unit to deal with all these stages with invis enemies. Even not counting getting Walter and Logos, between Degen, Horn, GG, Reed, Exusiai, and Exe Alter I have a solid DPS option for everything already.
@leilox6390 I would go with Ines at this point. Bagpipe makes your other Vanguards better, while Ines is like a standalone complete package that's still great even alone. Both together is perfect though as it makes Ines S2 become a helidrop skill. But I'd go for Ines first of the two.

I have Horn and Ray, no Typhon so I can't really judge, but I've never had to pick her as support as my Ray has more than sufficed many times. Horn is amazing and so fun, I don't always bring her but when I do she does her job, so yeah deffo pick her if you have a nice amount of built snipers
I picked Ines since I tried for her on the previous banner and got P2 Stainless. Plus after reading Darknights Memoir plus the Walter/Logos banner and the great skin she got it just seemed like a right choice. Now almost 200 rolls in I’ll be able to redeem the og W so I just need Hoederer at some point.

How does mudrock compare to penance? I've wanted one of the two of them since I got shu but I havent gotten either yet so intend to pick one of them. I think mudrock is cooler looking but I love mudrock's english voice and skins.
So they do similar things but want different enemies to fight, Penance wants a lot of chaff or aerial ranged units to hit her to charge her skills (especially her skill 3) and every enemy she kills fuels her shield, if you have Blemishine than its even easier to charge her skills. Mudrock on the other hand wants to fight one or two strong hitting big enemies or bosses, her shield blocks ALL damage but has a couple second cool down so a lot of ranged enemies or enemies that hit very fast can overwhelm her. Its important to note that Mudrock can deal with chaff units as well with her S2, its just not where she will shine the most. Personally ive used Penance more than Mudrock but when i needed Mudrock i really needed her and she is still quite useful, just more narrow on her use cases.

Mudrock does well vs low atkspd high dmg bc her shield is dmg negation but needs time to recharge, while Penance needs to ramp up by tanking high atk spd low dmg hits until she can get off her first S3, and then snowballs from there. Both units will hold lane fine, but high cost units like them should be compared against actual dangerous enemies, in which case Mudrock I think requires less investment to get value out of, as her S3 is much easier to use and guarantees she survives during the channel. For high investment, I personally prefer Penance ever since juggernaut modules came out because it fixes her problem of not always making it to first S3, but that's pretty costly if you don't vibe that hard with her
Im unfortunately offset by a single 6 star selector when i completed screwed up this selector last year (well early this year), when i got a job and wasn't playing as active as previously and completely missed the selector expirings (had been holding out incase mylanr spooked me) Logically i'll look at 6 star's i am currently misssing and see if any are super meta and if not pick the best looking one. (it not like a need better ops, i dont even get to deploy most of my cool opperator most of the time, either causse im doing easy stages so i gonna use my 12 lowest trust ops, or the stage is harder so i need strong ops to carry the weak ones). Im sure if i get back into IS, or that destert base mode or the mode that give modules stuff i might use some other op.

TL;DR up to today, Ines is the best multifunctional unit HG has cooked. Ines is about as gamebreaking in terms of vanguard/ground unit as Wisadel is in terms of ranged unit. Ines reveals stealth/camo on enemies. Her dagger does that as well. Most reliable (permanent) camo reveal in game. She is a fast-redeploy, even though she is a vanguard. Regardless of skill, if there are enemies she can hit, she generates dp on par with myrtle. She can hit aerial enemies. She can dps through most of the enemies on s2 except some hardcore elites and bosses. S2 grants HER camouflage for the duration. She is insane crowd-control that binds on first hit for a long enough duration to shred throug the thing. If you can pair her with Quibai = massacre combo.

Gummy is really good 4 star healer medic. Also 5 star hung. Yoi have a lot of the recent dps ops so maybe go for support utility like ines or reed alter. They both allow you to save slots as reed is both dps and healer. Ines is like 3 different ops

Pick Aak, Lee, or canelian. The worst ops to pick are Typhon, mylnar, reed, thorns, surtr, etc. Those ops are not meta. Trust this random comment more than the video ;)

Reed alter is my favorite, but I still do recommend getting Ines if you don't have her, she's been a staple in my team for sure.

Torn between Typhon or Horn. Given that I already have Ray, I felt that Typhon might not be as necessary, but her AFK skill though.

Gummy is really good 4 star healer medic. Also 5 star hung. Yoi have a lot of the recent dps ops so maybe go for support utility like ines or reed alter. They both allow you to save slots as reed is both dps and healer. Ines is like 3 different ops
Just borrow ines and reed alter, play through stages. You will know whether they fit in your battle line soon enuf

Pick Aak, Lee, or canelian. The worst ops to pick are Typhon, mylnar, reed, thorns, surtr, etc. Those ops are not meta. Trust this random comment more than the video ;)
