Excellent video Adam - so much information to help lots of people! My favorite part was Yogya & Borobudur at sunrise - great memories from there. Have a great day! 🤩🤩
Wonderful format! Excellent topic highlights with authentic reviews…I cracked up with the chocolate, nuts, and cheese review…not a usual pallet combo for sure. Have you ever been in a major earthquake, and are there citywide emergency protocols for such events?
I haven’t been in an earthquake that damaged buildings, but I’ve been in one in Bandung that was very strong. If the house collapsed onto me, it would mean that tens of thousands of houses had collapsed and you would die as it would take months to be dug out. It’s not like Japan where they have a really good system to deal with earthquakes including education programs on what to do when one strikes.
Enjoying these new style videos. Interesting topics and well presented Adam. Thanks for the subtitles for Balinese or Indonesian, find these really helpful with correct pronunciation.
It’s a good place to go to dip your toes into other parts of Indonesia. It’s not for everyone, but if you’re on a journey of learning more about the place, I’d definitely say you should give it a go!
Good evening, Mr Sanur.... We must say that your Sanur Diary Channel is fascinating and informative. We were regular visitors to Sanur pre Covid and shall be returning next month for the first time in 5yrs. Have been following your Warung guides with interest and have drawn up list of must visits. Your videos have been really useful in our planning. So, 2 questions. Best way to get ftom Sanur to Amed, is it possible yo use a public bus like your Sanur to kuta episode.. Got Klook on your recommendation lol and seems really good to research and book.. And 2nd question which is subjective, what is your favourite Warung for a truly traditional Indonesian experience... Keep up the good work and loving your new sessions formats. 🙏🙏
There is no public bus to Amed. The best way would be to get a car and driver. My fave traditional real deal Warung so far is Nasi Tekor which I’ve done a review of. Check out that review and head there. Warung Odah Perak is also excellent.
You possibly do, but I don’t know what you look like so can’t confirm 🤣 Next you see me, shout out something like “hey I’m the dkiwilad”. You’ll quickly find out if it’s me or not 😅
Very interesting and informative, thank you Adam.
My pleasure!

Thanks Greg. Great to meet you today. I am definitely interested in your information on property. Cheers and thanks.
No worries, I’ll keep checking on what’s happening with property around these parts and maybe you’ll get an idea of what’s possible in the future!
Watermelon head LOL. Just kidding, it's the camera refraction.
Yeah probably should get a better setup to avoid watermelon head 🍉🙆♂️
Hey mate you can catch a Blue Bird taxi from the airport from around 200-280k or go up to arrivals and catch a blue bird there when they drop off 😜
Thanks for the tip!
Oh dear ... Lol ... now I will have to go back to considering a trip to Jogja 😅 ...
