Not sure if you are still active all these years later.. but I have this exact setup and would love to know the cable set up you had to control the motion sound from the XK2… any help is appreciated!

I made my own cable. Used an 11pin connector at one end and a 1/4 mono at the other for the audio and a 1/4 3-conductor for the switching making a wye cord of sorts. I referenced the schematics for both units and used diodes and maybe a resistor inside the 3 conductor plug to make it work. Dont remember exactly what I used. BTW you only get fast & slow - no stop. I was an electronic tech that fixes keyboards for a living, so I was able to figure it out, but that was over 20 years ago!
